This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Not only are they out of stock of just about everything you need when you call they lie to you and tell you that it’s come in and it will be filled and someone will contact you to come get it. I’m made three phone calls over one prescription and sat on hold before I could even get in over 30 minutes each time. They are the most rude people I’ve ever dealt with. I will be switching my medication’s to another pharmacy.

AVOID THIS PLACE - The CVS down the road is a much better option.Read over the comments, and you’ll see the same issue repeated constantly. That is, the pharmacy staff treats people terribly and makes it unnecessarily difficult to get your medication.They often find ways to outright refuse to fill your prescription or won’t fill the quantity sent in by your doctor. Then, they’ll claim some excuse like limited stock which results in being overcharged for your medication. In my case, they tried to triple the cost of my medication since my plan charges the same price for 30 vs 90 day supply.All the while, they are just unbelievably rude and disrespectful. It’s like your very presence annoys them. Make no mistake, they are here to grab a paycheck and have no concern for your wellbeing.

Hands down the worst Pharmacy ever. I was asked to come back so they could get caught up. Everytime I come there, it's an issue.

I visited the store on Saturday, November 4, 2023 to exchange a battery. I get my receipts electronically and printed off the first two pages - I was never made aware that you had to print all five pages to get the bar code. I questioned why this was never explained and that Walgreens should make sure customer's are aware. In a very short period of time I was surrounded by another employee who accused me of "coming at the cashier" not sure what that means. I asked who she was and she stated "I'm a store employee". I said then I dont think you can help with this situation. She immediately became the irrational and antagonistic - I reminder her I was the customer and she stated verbatim, " we dont need you guys as customers". I asked for her manager. A shift supervisor appeared and already very defensive - not what I expected. I mistakenly was expecting - "how can I help you"... instead it was the most unsettling and disturbing experience. The shift supervisor - in front of other customers - yelled out "you a Jew" - you complain then I have a right to call you a "Jew" (I'm orthodox and always wear my Kippah). I was shocked - on the border of tears. I asked her to write her name down for me - she refused. She ordered me out of the store - "you stupid Jew". This is the epitome of hate and antisemtism. Who is in charge of this store and this company? This is unacceptable and a hate crime. I intend on following up but my fear is whoever hired these people perhaps fosters this behavior. Shame on Walgreens - No Jewish person will ever be safe in a place like this. I would have called the police but my first reaction was to find safety. This shift supervisor needs some serious training and reprimand. This is despicable that a piece of garbage like this would be allowed to work at any company. Let's see if Walgreens pursues a resolution. If you are Jewish - beware and reconsider who you do business with. It should not be Walgreens.

Walgreens needs to get new employees at this location. They are so rude! I took my business elsewhere. Will never go back! And if you do go to this god awful place expect them to be rude to you. They are awful! Do better Walgreens!!!!

Refused service inside prior to close by associate Nicole. I was waiting to pickup a prescription in drive thru and there was a long wait so I came inside and the associate Nicole informed me thet were closed and she refusesd to allow me to pick up my prescriptions.

Walgreens LaVergneWorst Customer Service in the Back of the store in The Pharmacy Department!?The one male Associate on the left was not able to check me in properly even though I had made an online appointment and completed the paperwork. He stood their wasting time verifying my information he had clearly on his screen and told me that I would still need to complete paperwork.While at the same time the male Associate on the right just simply checked in those scheduled after myself. I then asked the associate on the right if what the other associate said about filling out more paperwork and he said, “Your fine just have a seat.”There were several people in line complaining about not even being acknowledged with even a look. One woman was there for her dog’s prescription that they had texted was ready and if she didn’t pick up would be put back on the shelf. I observed her waiting for over 12 minutes before anyone spoke then there was an issue.A woman with a child also complained about the fact she wasn’t acknowledged and how picking up a ready prescription took so long.What would help them back there would be to have a Pickup Line and a Shot Line. Regardless if you only have one Pharmacist that can administer shots the other associates need to step up and help so he can. And the Pharmacist Needs to look at the times scheduled and not take people out of order.I only came to this location since they offer the newest Covid Vaccine. I figured I would get my Flue and Covid together. Had an appointment at 10:15 and it was suggested to be there 15 minutes early to check in.I don’t recommend this location for their Pharmacy.The Front End Associates were working hard stocking. They were also friendly and nice!The Pharmacist came out to give the 10:30 appointments their shots! I spoke up and told him that my appointment was for 10:15 and that I have been waiting almost an hour! He said, “Well, I didn’t look at the times!” Seriously! What! Then he disappeared and said nothing.Finally at 11:01 I received both shots. He wasn’t the regular Pharmacist apparently and not used to working in a busy store. He was also very arrogant towards woman.I took a video while getting my shots. The Pharmacist said, “Don’t take my picture!” I said, “I would prefer not to take your picture. That I do it to promote getting Covid shots.” He said, “Well I have never seen that before!”Just save yourself and go anywhere else for your Pharmacy needs.The entire store has a nice clean layout and I even purchased several items while I waited after my shot. The Manager and the Front Staff have created a nice store and shopping there is recommended.

Hi guys!My favorite pharmacy is Walgreens, where I can find everything that I need in medicines, cosmetics, perfumes, and other good items.However, this place is a little more expensive than other pharmacies but here you can buy products of quality and excellent promotions every day.Visit it soon.

I’ve been visiting this location over 10 years. The last couple service is basically non existent for refilling my medication. I’m lucky if they get them done in a couple days. Every month I hate when refill time comes because I waste so much time waiting on them. Again this month. I turned in my refill yesterday and it said they would be ready today. I knew better after my past experiences. Sure enough once again the refills have been delayed. Surprise , surprise. Total joke for service.

Had just left Dentist having more than 1 tooth pulled dropped off Rx for pain & antibiotic. Pharmacist said would be 2 hrs but when explained level pain + had abscessed tooth removed he prioritized mine,was ready 45 min. Next visit not as lucky. More dental work,told would be 90-120 min. On return in much pain from more dental work she said "Oh,2 hrs not up. Reminded her she said 90-120. She said,"No, wouldn't have said that & that she has everyone wait full 2 hrs. Called next day,daytime Mgr said On duty person filling+ dispensingRx's can rush or prioritize Rx feel are more urgent. Clearly the woman Pharmacy has no compassion where as the gentleman pharmacist did. Suggest if need fast call ahead at La Vergne location to see if guy is working then or the female pharmacist is. If she is will be full 2+ hrs wait. Good Luck. At least they're open 24 hrs drive-thru.

apparently its ok to put someone at the pharmacy register who has no idea what they are doing. (except frustrating customers) & if you comlain about it to mgr. Nichole H., they tell you they wont sell you anything & ban you from the store.?hhmmmmm....whats wrong with this picture.?i will Never go back into that store Ever, & i will file a complaint with BBB.

The people there have the most laid back job ever . While , in so much pain and needing my meds after a visit to the clinic . I decided to go through the drive thru waited 40mins to only find out that all 5 employees take lunch together at 1:30pm-2pm come on ........ finally after 2pm I get to the window and now I have to wait another 1hour on some simple pain meds. Then , once again I go to the drive thru again to only find out that the drive thru is currently close .... for no good reason. Making my life even harder. I don't even know why they have a drive thru in here..........

PLEASE take their 2 star rating seriously. Do not fill your meds here. No sympathy, no sense of urgency for time sensitive medication. You will ALWAYS wait for 2 hours or more for ANY medication, no matter how many people are working. They like to blame staffing shortages but it's always going to take forever. Most of them are rude & that includes ALL of the pharmacists. I've had my medicine come up short once, they blamed me AND when they called to tell me they found the medication on the side of the thing they count them on, I got no apology even though they were extremely rude when I came in after counting (ALWAYS COUNT YOUR MEDS BEFORE YOU LEAVE HERE). I would like to say Hayden who helped me today was very kind! So thank you for that! I will now be switching to a different pharmacy.

Horrible. They never answer the phone and they always mess up your prescription or don’t ever have it in stock or just give you a hard time overall. I’ve called and waited there several times, and I’ve filled the same prescription for months, but hardly had any refill without issues. Horrible staff/location.

Worst pharmacy. Regularly lie to customers. Will say they ordered something but don’t until you show up & make a fuss. Will tell you to give them 30 minutes to get the rx ready & then be so busy taking care of customers AFTER you that after standing there over an hr later, they’ve been “too busy” to fill the rx. Switched most of our rx to Kroger. Atleast Kroger is honest! Unfortunately, insurance only pays Walgreens brand on some rx so we’re stuck with them for those. :(
