I always prefer Ace over any of the big box hardware stores and this one is no exception. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff and good prices. I stopped in to get supplies to build a gravel and paver pad in my backyard for the grill and they had everything I needed at the best prices around. They also have a military discount, which is becoming a rarer thing these days. Will definitely make the drive from Westmoreland whenever I need anything hardware-related in the future.

Skip the big box stores that skimp on employees & make their customers work for free!
Go to ACE where you'll always find someone helpful, what you wanted (or they'll order it for ya), reasonable prices and absolutely NO slave-checkout. Always an employee at the counter.

Not happy with the customer service at all. I’ve went in a couple times to get paint (issues and slowness every time), but this last time I stood at the paint counter waiting for 30 minutes and walked out with nothing. The man helping was working on getting a can of paint for the gal in front of me. It ended up being an issue of the machine not “working properly” and them needing to get it recalibrated. I had to ask many questions until I found out he was not going to make my paint and I should just leave. from my experience, the communication was just plain bad and the skill level to do what needed to be done was also lacking.

Bought a 600 dollar grill was told they would assemble and deliver...Stor called me back said was assembled but would not deliver unless I paid more.So I went back was given floor model and told if I paid a deliver fee they would deliver. So a wasted trip.toot display one . Won't do business with them again. They didn't even know if I paid.I did and showed receipt....what a joke.

Under a new owner. Staff that works on the floor is very helpful and friendly. The prices are not labeled correctly. And now the prices are way too high . Most inventory is not in stock on the shelves when you go in, sad to say .. Everything they sell can be bought inside the city limits from other places at a lot cheaper price. I recommend shopping around town first. Keep that hard earned money in your pocket, not there's. Will not be a customer of ace hardware ever again. And passing it along to my friend's.

All I all the ppl are awesome attentive always helpful only problem is they don't keep the small parts in stock when u have plumbing emergency on Sunday they're only store open for plumbing stuff in town and lock nuts aren't in stock it sucks to have drive t Gallatin just to get a 2$ part but store is very clean workers on point the can get things done quickly even ordering things usually have them next day .I give five stars on store and employees able to find the sections u need just the parts you usually don't need in a rush aren't on hand but I love my ace faces lol

The online prices were wrong. The online inventory said out of stock when there were several one the shelf. Had I not needed the items, I would have went somewhere else because of what the website was telling me.
