Every staff member at this bank is amazing and 9 out of 10 times in can call the bank direct to resolve an issue or ask a question. Highly recommend!”

“The banking experience at Macon Bank & Trust Company is second to none. There aren't many banks left that provide the excellent customer service that Macon Bank & Trust does. Very seldom will you call that the person that answers the phone can't answer your question. No hold, no annoying music for 30 minutes, just general customer service. You can tell the quality of the bank by simply looking at their Facebook posts and seeing employees retiring with 20,30, and 40 plus years”
