The pick up FedEx person scanned my box that he could not delivered as it already delivered. They could not refund my money because he made a mistake scanning it.I called for claim many time for refund. They could not take my claim because he scanned as " Delivered " on the spot!I never want to use FedEx. Never ever.I have to pick my box because they could not delivered that day. I understand that. They will not deliver " live fish " as a policy. I had a proof that 2 day delivery label, that day he scanned as already delivered. However, no refund. It was terrible experience for me to use FedEx. $35.00 loss.

This place is extremely useless if you cannot ship anything off. They have computers in there, why can't they make shipping labels there? This place is a joke!
