The place is extremely well managed with programs for affordable housing. Staff members are described as amazing, very helpful, sweet, and kind, working hard and quickly to ensure smooth paperwork and move-in. They are dedicated to helping others. However, some report difficulty making contact, with calls, emails, and messages going unanswered, making it hard to set up an appointment or get leasing information.
Marcy is amazing. She listens and address any issues. The property look great, and maintenance works diligently to get repiars done in a timely manner.

Annette & Dan were amazing, they worked very hard and quickly to make sure my family got into a clean and ready unit as soon as possible! Very grateful for all their dedication toward helping others! The unit is beautiful, and we look forward to living here.
