I was told that I couldn't deposit a check for someone else because they were not present and they would have to give it a 10 day hold because of the amount, the very next day the Walmart branch deposited the check with no hold and without the account owner present, well done with the lies, truly a failure of the worst kind. Thanks to their actions, we lost our levelized billing, so now because of their actions we incurred extra costs for the next year.

The banking experience at Macon Bank & Trust Company is second to none. There aren't many banks left that provide the excellent customer service that Macon Bank & Trust does. Very seldom will you call that the person that answers the phone can't answer your question. No hold, no annoying music for 30 minutes, just general customer service. You can tell the quality of the bank by simply looking at their Facebook posts and seeing employees retiring with 20,30, and 40 plus years

There’s so many issues with using them. Over the last year and a half, I’ve had issues of money disappearing from my account and extremely rude customer support. My most recent experience has been from Friday to today. I deposited my check on the mobile app on Friday, it was approved Saturday and was supposed to go into my account at midnight. It did not. So now I have no clue where my money is, and I’m genuinely tired of the money I work for being taken without any sort of permission from me or even any type of contact being made by Macon Bank. As soon as I’m able to have them fix this issue, I’m taking my money out and going somewhere else that won’t take advantage of their customers.

I initially invested a total of $105,000 over a period of 5 weeks. My bonus/profit was $830,000, every attempt to make withdrawal failed and I was instructed to make another deposit of $25,000 before I can make withdrawals which I did. till now, I'm still unable to make withdrawals and all attempts to contact brokers have failed.
