Great service and great people to work with. I was having problems with a battery, so I went in and they tested it for free, they also checked and found it was only a year and a half old and still under warranty so they replaced it for free.

Friendly customer service as usual. Always helpful when I need to locate a part or even use the loan a tool program.
The only thing that I think anyone could complain about is prices. I purchased a battery there but returned it because I got it cheaper at Walmart. I still received great customer service during my return process.
