I want to thank Michael Shockley and his staff for the wonderful job they did on my car. It's beautiful! I was afraid with the color the car was paint might have been hard to get perfect but they did an amazing job. Everyone there treats you with respect and believe me in today's world that's hard to find. I will highly recommend this business to anyone needing their vehicle fixed. Again thank you for being honest, dependable and courteous.

So thankful for Adam tonight! He went above and beyond just towing the truck for us. Truck broke down while towing 12,000lbs of hay and he not only towed the truck but helped us get the trailer off the truck and onto a new one and got us back on the road. Thank you Adam!

5 Stars isn't enough to describe Shockley's Auto Body quality of service. I want to give Mr. Shockley a BIG THANK YOU for taking care of my truck. After only two weeks of our purchase we were rear ended. We had a few choices to send our vehicle off to repair and decided to give Shockley's Auto Body a try and I am so happy we did. I can't say enough positive things, great communication with his office manager Lori, always kept us aprised of the progress. If you are ever wondering where to send your vehicle for body repair ...Shockley's Auto Body hands down best in town. Thank you to the entire staff that makes it happen daily!

I wish I could give shockleys 100 stars! They are such good and down to earth people. The staff is amazing and they keep me laughing everytime I go in. As a woman I was a little nervous dealing with repair stuff as I don't know anything. But the owner made me feel welcome and he was very smart when it comes to his profession! His sweet side kick kept me informed and up to date on my car. It was taken care of before expected. I'd never take my vehicles anywhere else now. I appreciate all of them and all their help so so much.

I called the shop when they opened. Told them I needed an estimate on a minor fix on my personal vehicle and that it would not be an insurance claim. The owner said bring it by we will see what we can do to get you fixed up. I told them it would have to be later due to current circumstances and he said he understood. Later in the day I made it by there. Introduced myself he remembered the call. Took a look at my issue and was able to give me a ballpark right there on the spot for my issue. Some issues maybe different. Cant say for sure he could do that for all issues but with my issue that was the case.Curtious , professional and helped as much as he could at the time. Was not condescending and was down to earth. I did feel as though my issue had his full attention at the time and he also give advice that I felt was more trying to take care of me as a customer then just thinking of himself. I always like to deal with locally owned businesses vs corporate owned just for this reason and Shockley did not disappoint.Will do business again. 10/10

I called needing a tow truck at 8:32 am. The guy I spoke to said he had a wreck to work on Hwy 10, and then he'd be over. I called back at 12:18 pm bc I needed to know how much longer it would be. A guy told me he would call the drivers cell and one of them would call me back. I didn't get a call back until 2:12 pm. Over 6 hrs had passed since my initial call in the morning. And the call I received was him telling me someone was driving through to see how my road was since it had snowed the week prior. He also said I was on his list. During our first conversation he said there was only a wreck in front of me, not that I would be put on a list. Also during that first conversation, he said where he lived, which is the same road I live on basically. Besides that, he had already been out, according to him, all day towing things. He would have already seen the road was fine. I called another service. The man was in Lebanon, said he would go drop off a car in town and pick mine up. My car was towed to the shop within an hour of me talking to the second tow service. If you can't tow for someone, tell them, if you won't be able to get to them for hours, tell them. I would understand that, but I don't like getting the runaround. My little tow may not have been as important to you as some others you were doing, but it's important to me. It's my transportation, my livelihood, and I needed it fixed.
