Had to print out a label for FedEx and Sarah that greeted me when I first walked in helped me threw the process. Just wanted to say what a relief from a frustrated time, that was made easy from a nice caring employee at CVS in Lafollette, Tn. The CVS is such a nice, clean store also. I like there perks and savings on your receipts. The emp. also are so nice and well trained. I will diffently be switching to this Drug Store for all my needs. Your welcoming staff is a big reason! Thankyou so much for caring people (Sarah number one) and a caring store. The name extracare is a good choice for a great savings and perks! Thankyou again Pam

Never answer the phone. The automated system is horrible. If you do use it your prescriptions take a couple days. There always being processed. Some of the staff is amazing. Others obviously don't like there job.

It is very difficult to get anyone on the phone. I’ve called and been on hold 15 minutes both times. While on hold, I was constantly told about using the app. The app does not inform me of anything and sometimes it won’t open! Getting prescriptions is difficult. Often NOT in a timely manner. One time the person on the phone had no sympathy and was rude. Service is lacking in responsibility and service. I was once waiting for a prescription while in the store and two employees were gossiping in the back. Another time, we were there and the bathroom was disgusting. Improvements are needed. Maybe a better manager!

I took a ups package to this Cvs & they would NOT take it! I’ve never heard of having too many packages to deal with this. It’s was only 11am. I’m wondering if the girl just didn’t want to go in. She wasn’t finished with her smoke & phone call.

Always “busy” but not really doing much. Can’t call ahead unless you have 15 minutes to stay on a hold tree with teleprompts. Employees are always grouchy and act as though they hate their jobs. Common medicines seem to have to frequently “be ordered, they’ll be here in a few days”. Would definitely suggest literally anywhere else to fill a prescription.

CVS LaFollette was neatly arranged, well stocked and full of employees willing to help you. And very sweet customers as well. Must be a nice place to live!

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Literally every month it was something new. They are very incompetent when it comes to the pharmacy. Please do yourself a favor and get your prescriptions somewhere else!! I promise you it will save you time and a headache!!!!

Bad customer service at all time at the pharmacy, the red head lady at the pharmacy is rude and her body language is always as if she is angry all the times I have been there, please CVS train her in cust. serv. or just send her to another department where she can succeed because is definitely not good at helping others ans shows not intentions in helping.
