“I truly do not understand the reviews stating there is no customer service at this Lowe’s. We have been coming here since the store opened and have NEVER had a bad experience here.

We were in last week and Mike in lumber went above and beyond to help us, even getting off the forklift to take us to the wood we were looking for. (1x4x8 which were out back) He was so helpful- and even though there were 2 of us to load the 12 sheets of plywood, he again left what he was doing to help us load up.

Cashier April was friendly and also helpful, remembering me by name when we came in 2 days later for more supplies.

Throughout the store we found employee after employee that was willing and able to help us, even when we didn’t ask for help. I asked one (didn’t get their name) for AC filters, and instead of just telling me the aisle, he walked with me half way across the store to take me there and help me find the size I needed.

Not sure what is wrong with some of these reviewers, I find this store to be top notch!”
