“While on vacation enjoying the riding trails my husband flipped his 4-wheeler and ended up with a badly broken arm. After our ER visit, I needed to pick up much needed meds with him. I googled pharmacies near by and Terry’s pharmacy stood out to me. I called ahead to see if they would be able to fill his prescriptions and from the first conversation I was impressed. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. We are not familiar with the town or where anything is, the ladies that helped me also recommended some hidden jewels in town and made me feel welcome. In the craziness of an accident while on vacation this pharmacy helped make at least one thing go smoothly.”
“Excellent customer service. I had a FedEx package to ship back to a store and was unable to print the label at home. The people working at the photo counter were very helpful and had my label printed and my package shipped in just a few minutes.

“Had to print out a label for FedEx and Sarah that greeted me when I first walked in helped me threw the process. Just wanted to say what a relief from a frustrated time, that was made easy from a nice caring employee at CVS in Lafollette, Tn. The CVS is such a nice, clean store also. I like there perks and savings on your receipts. The emp. also are so nice and well trained. I will diffently be switching to this Drug Store for all my needs. Your welcoming staff is a big reason!
