“We were traveling from Atlanta and had a blowout on the interstate near Caryville, Tennessee, this evening. After having no luck calling roadside assistance, we called Brandon. He was incredibly kind, super quick, and very knowledgeable. When it turned out we were missing a part that we needed to remove our blown tire, he stayed with us for longer than he'd planned to figure out a workaround and make sure we could leave safely. He mentioned that he and his wife (who was there as well and was extremely sweet) had been planning to stop for dinner but decided to come help us instead. I never leave online reviews, but Brandon blew us away with how nice and helpful he was. Not to mention, his rate was inexpensive and he was still kind enough to share with me in detail how I could submit my (handwritten!!) itemized receipt to my insurance company for reimbursement. I asked if I could leave him a tip, and he didn't even accept one—it was obvious that Brandon just truly cared about us and our car. I'd recommend Brandon's Towing and Recovery to anyone!”

“Travis saved 3 of our buggy's during the week we were in town. 1 required him to get to us on trail, one was done in his shop and he also pressed in a few ball joints for us on another buggy that was stuck in the woods. Super professional and friendly. He didn't have a bad word to say about anyone when asked about any local competition when asked. Unlike other reviews I've seen on other local rescues. I guess some folks just wanna come to work and help people and others make it a point to think they should be the only people in business. Travis is all I'll use.”

“I had a flat today on 75, hundreds of miles from home, and got zero help from my roadside service because of the winter storm. I called Sweat's and they were there within 10 minutes to change it out with the spare. I didn't catch the guys' names, but they were SO nice and helpful and they pointed me in the right direction to get a replacement and get back on the road.”
