Waited for a package to be delivered yesterday seen on my camera that the post man drove right by my house 20 minutes later I get a notification that he could not access my drive way or my porch I have no fence or gates drive way clear they need to hire better people

We had our passports renewed for our family and Jessica was so helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure our passports were completed efficiently and made our process as easy as possible for us!! We were so grateful for her help. Five stars for this very helpful USPS postal worker!!!

They apparently don't know how to answer the phone for questions only their office can answer 🤦 Completely frustrating. And the stupid national automated system can't answer as to where my mail is that should have been in days ago. LAZY is the only word for this branch USPS needs to do a over haul at the Lafollette location never had issues with Caryville or Jacksboro but that's about all I've had with Lafollette when stuff is lost or missing they genuinely don't give two s****.

Trying to call to confirm that they have fingerprint submission service - Knoxville's is broken but I don't want to drive an hour and a half out of my way if theirs is also broken. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.

LaFollette Post Office has a real problem delivering mail to correct mail box. Today I didn’t receive any of my mail, but I did receive all of someone else’s mail. Not the first time I’ve received the same person’s mail. I figure they’ve received mine but haven’t bothered to forward back to us.

Went it to try and get some important paperwork sent off, as I don't have time during the week. 2 people behind the desk and only one working. The other is talking about lotion and sitting behind their desk with their eyes closed imagining they're on a beach. I'm certain she was the one in charge too, leading like most do, by doing nothing. I'd rather fly the paperwork to where in needs to go and hand deliver it rather than deal with lazy idiots like her. The one working, I have no complaints. Should have gotten her name.

Had appt for 2 weeks for my husband and myself to have Passports made. Appt was at 8:30am, to only walk in and be told it was canceled because the person who does them "just didn't show up for work"! And also stating they sent an email about the cancelation and tried calling... email sent at 8:16am same morning and I'm sure the call was at the same time... traveling on 25W not going to get that email or call in time with no cellular service. Highly irritating!!

This is the absolute worst post office I’ve ever been too. The older lady up front is just straight up rude to everyone that walks in there. I have personally decided to use the one in jacksboro from now on so I don’t cuss this lady out she needs to be terminated period!
