Took my husband's truck in to replace the exhaust manifold, it was done in great time and they were very knowledgeable, the lady at the front desk was very warm and welcoming! Will be going here from now on!

Went and got an oil change and got very friendly service, the wait was short, had a very positive atmosphere and I got 15% off just for leaving a review that didn't do them no justice, great choice, highly recommend!!

I had an issue with my 2017 GMC Sierra temp gauge was erratic. Called them at 9:00 am explained I needed to travel the next day they said bring it in. One and half hours later my truck was fixed and I was on my way. First time using them will definitely return for any further issues with my vehicles. Thanks for taking care of me.

Long story short, I had one of those in-transit emergencies along I-75 in the mountains of TN. Tow truck driver recommended Volunteer Auto. These folks were awesome! They were gracious to give me a prompt look as they knew time was of the essence (traveling to wedding activities). They were totally straight with me. No up-charging with extra unneeded work. They found out a seal on the coolant reservoir cap had failed. They made the repair, tested to confirm and I was on my way. This isn't my first experience with on-the-road emergencies and I can recommend Jason, Jeremy and Volunteer Auto Fix 110%! Thanks you guys for taking care of this traveler-in-need!

I went to this place to have both my autos serviced.They were very honest about what was wrong with my Mazda especially. It's good to find mechanic that you can really trust.
