Run, don't walk away. This particular walgreens is THE worst pharmacy in Campbell County. Wife has consistently had issues with pharmacist that dont undrestand the difference between 30 days and 31 days in a month. Sad that she has to suffer because this generation can't do simple math.

The pharmacy is a circus there. I've tried to get a prescription filled for 2 days. After being on hold for 40 minutes, they just hung up when it picked up. So I had to call and wait again. They said my insurance wouldnt pay for it so they put it back in stock. I told them I didn't want insurance to pay for it. They said ok we will order it. Now 2 days later they said insurance wouldnt pay for it so its back in stock? I called again the same day and they said they had to order it? What is going on there?

No star!!!!! I'm so tired of the pharm acting like they are GOD!!!!! they deny filling meds needed even when the bottle clearly reads the same day but they insist it reads a day later , they put what they want on their computers and refuse to look at receipts clearly stating the day to be filled. They treat everybody like we are drug dealers! except the very RICH or political people and I am sick of it! Walgreens employees suck !

Excellent customer service. I had a FedEx package to ship back to a store and was unable to print the label at home. The people working at the photo counter were very helpful and had my label printed and my package shipped in just a few minutes.
Great job!

This review is for the PHARMACY only. The Pharmacist on call named Howie was EXTREMELY rude & refused to fill my prescriptions from the ER. He stated he did not have time to fill my "pain meds". He never even looked at my prescriptions, I had never given them to the clerk (who also was rude). They were for kidneys stones & antibiotics and nausea meds. He apparently doesn't care about his patients and is in the wrong profession.

A lady at the pharmacy drive through named Chelsea was EXTREMELY rude. I told her that there was 4 prescriptions ready yesterday instead of 2 and she said they must have been put back. I explained it was his heart medication and ask If she could look up what could be filled (everyone else has always done thìs) she said she couldn't look that up but if I wanted to go home and come back and let her know she could fill them. I said welll you guys close in 10 minutes that's not gonna help me or him. She said well lady it's not my fault you waited 10 mins before we close! Very very rude, unprofessional, and no compassion or care regarding anothers health issues and dependency on heart medication. What is this world coming to?! Chelsea honey I believe you should find another profession.

This place used to be great but has declined professionally over the last year... Do not recommend! They say they close at 2 on Saturday right on the window but they close an hour early every single Saturday. Also, they have messed up my prescription the last 2 times saying the doctor hadn't approved the refill but both times I called the doctor it had been approved the whole time... Then while trying to talk to someone about the issue, they hung up on me twice. It's getting ridiculous.

I went into the pharmacy as a walk-in out of town prescriber. The entire team was fast, efficient, and helpful. They had the Rx item I needed in stock, utilized a GoodRx discount card for me without my asking for it, and had good conversation while I ordered the Rx and they processed it. Look Having been a pharmacist myself for 10 years I truly appreciate the accuracy, efficiency, cost concern and helpfulness! You helped my patient out tremendously as well (and two other pharmacies did not have the Rx in stock). Highly recommended! Thanks!

Multiple problems getting my meds filled correctly. When I called with a problem about a previously picked up order I was told that the script I was calling about was not picked up that day. Enough.....
