When you go in the store make sure you have enough money went in just to grab a drink it was 2.01 the guy held the whole line up for me to go outside just to grab a penny I told i bring it back in held the line up for that it cost them 2 sales bc 2 people put there stuff down and left

My mom loves the pizza there.. We order the same thing every time.. the last 3 times they have given us the incorrect order... This last time I called them and told them I received a cheese pizza for a meat pizza and the man with an accent told me he needed to see it ... I'm not about to drive back up there to show him... Don't think we will be getting pizza from there any more .. sorry but that's really crappy... Whom ever is over the food part of that store has went to the shitter... Need to tighten up...

The A/C at the Jacksboro location has been out for weeks. It's miserable just being in there for a few minutes. I can only imagine how horrible it must be to work there.

Went in at 10:30pm tonight and bathrooms where closed again not first time I been and bathrooms been closed so early I ended up not my stuff and going to different gas station last couples times I been in bathrooms been closed and they been packed think I start going else where and I am daily customer smh

I'm not going to lie. The place is a ship wreck. The fountain area is always a disaster zone. Sticky mess out of cups. Donut case could use more than one wipe down. Floors could use a sweeping. Even just spot sweeps. The coolers need stocked better. There's being out of items then there is just too lazy to touch anything.
Not to mention the employees are extremely rude. The manager is one of them. Employees lounge on the back counter chit chatting or on their phones. Ignoring lines. Leaving it on one person. There's a girl that has kinda long brown hair wears glasses. She couldn't look up from her cell phone texting away. Happened multiple times. Manager standing there like nothing's happening. Pretty sure weigels has a phone policy. Especially while being at the register. Not to mention they roll their eyes at people, Huff and puff when they get upset with customers. Their nightly stock guy is great. Always working. The one during the day needs to be retrained on stock. Let's be honest a good handful of them need retrained. Definitely disappointing. Especially after working there myself and know the potential it once had and could have again.
