I went in this store not planning on getting a new phone but ended up having to. Travaris and the other gentleman were extremely nice and helpful!

John was the only in the store but was extremely helpful and patient. At a one point he was handling 3 different customers at one time. He is very professional and dedicated to customer service.

When you walk in, no one greets you professionally. It’s hard to tell who’s working there. Sales person was not competent at his job. Instead of offering solutions, turned away very good business. Was not knowledgeable about the plans and instead told me to call customer service to ask about country coverage details. Disappointed, wasted another hour of my day trying to revive a large online order cancelled by ATT just to walk out with no resolution.

James Jonatan and the other employees at this AT&T store are very professional, knowledgeable, and provided the best customer service I have ever experienced at an AT&T store.
