“I found a couple 2026 Chevy Traverses at your dealership online before we came so I kind of knew what I was looking for. We were greeted right away by Chris. We looked at the RS and the High Country. Chris explained the differences in the two. He was very helpful. We chose to drive the RS and I loved it! We left to drive a few more cars at other dealerships but came back to Serra for the RS. Jeremy helped us from that point and he did a great job! We were in and out in about two hours. He took the time to tell me about all the gadgets, apps, etc. in the vehicle and we took it for a spin so he could show me how the super cruise worked. We had a great experience.”

“This place is awesome. I took my 2020 Range Rover Velar there on a Wednesday, although I was not due to an appt. until that Friday. By that Friday the vehicle was fixed and they noticed another issue but told me they would diagnose the issue just to make sure. Spencer gave me a fair price to add the repair for the high pressure fuel pump and I agreed to it. They recommended that they keep it 24 hours after the repair to ensure the issue was resolved from a cold crank and GOOD NEWS, the truck is ready to go. I highly recommend this place for Range Rover repair or any foreign cars. I took this same Range to a shop in Olive Branch and the price they charged me almost made me let my finance company come and get it and it had the same problems as when it went in the shop. Thanks Spencer and Wilson Imports mechanics for your outstanding service.”

“I HATE to shop for cars. When I needed to replace my older vehicle we started the process of looking. I can’t even begin to describe how many lots we visited. So many told us what we wanted to hear over the phone to only find nothing true. My husband found Arlington Motors and a GMC Terrain. He did the car fax on it and all looked just as it was described. We drove out to see it and Justin was awesome. He knew we loved it and wanted it. He agreed to hold it for us until our down payment check arrived. He was super nice and bent over backwards to make the deal happen. He even included gap insurance and a warranty. We have had no issues with the SUV and I can’t recommend them enough. No high pressure or lies. If you are looking for a vehicle I say to give Justin a call. Smaller lots can work magic.”

“First and foremost, I had a misconception about Roadshow BMW, which was immediately cleared as soon as I walked in. My wife wanted a Honda CR-V, specific color and set up, which we couldn't find, anywhere locally, until I happened to drive down Germantown and look at the Roadshow lot. Guess what? They had it, the exact freaking CR-V, exact color, set up and it was even a Hybrid! From the start the sales staff was friendly, personable and just plain down to Earth. First time dealing with a battery replacement where there’s recoding involved and was getting told a bunch of different things, extremely frustrating and stressful… however these guys came to the rescue and were able to quickly fit me in and got me taken care of for a great price as well. “The gentleman who helped me was very caring. I called and explained my steering wheel was shaking when I drove and asked how much it was for a diagnostic. He told me he wouldn’t do any work before letting me know the cost and he squeezed me in same day/ short notice. They checked my car quickly and told me it was my tire causing the shaking and didn’t charge me anything for the diagnostic. He didn’t have the tires in stock but was kind enough to tell me exactly what was wrong, even printing it out for me to take elsewhere. In my opinion this was very honest and caring. 3 other places were going to charge me $100 plus just to look at the car before any work. Thank you for the kind service and I will return for future work.”
“Excellent!!! Front end was shaking on my car. Went to three shops, couldn't fix the problem. Finally I found out my wheel was bent, the entire side of the wheel is why I didn't see it. Had to have been a pot hole. I called Wheel-Tek, ask if he could do to now. He said come on, I was there, I'm guessing 45 minutes and he had my wheel ready to go. Fixed and balanced. Would definitely recommend Wheel-Tek if you have a damaged wheel.”
