“The staff and Dr. Zinkus are simply the best. Our 8 year old pooch had a bad case of sudden hives/redness, that led to frequent vomiting and urination. She was all itchy and did not sleep a wink for 24 hours. We were so worried as she is very healthy girl with no recent sickness or preconditions. I decided to take Paddy here as we just moved to this area.Dr. Zinkus and her assistant Lottie were amazing. Extremely thoughtful and thorough in their examination and procedure. Turns out Paddy had an Anaphylactic reaction to an insect bite. Dr. Zinkus took her time to explain the reactions, symptoms and provide medication for immediate relief.My dog is extremely shy especially at the vet but the love and care she received here in this clinic was the best!I strongly recommend Dr. Zinkus and her team for pet care in the Cordova area.”

“2024 Update: We don't like having our cats sick or taking them to the doctor for any reason; but if we have to take them, Germantown Animal Hospital will always be the place. The doctors and the staff are very compassionate and emphatic. They are looking at all options to make our fur babies healthier.2018 review: We started taking our fur babies (5 cats) to the Germantown Animal Hospital a month ago. wow... what a place: everyone is very courteous, and kind. The doctors go above and beyond to make sure we have all meds on time and the babies are seen in a timely manner. They offer walks-in (no appt) on Saturdays and it's so convenient for annual exams and non-emergency situations. We saw all four docs there and I can't thank them enough for the professionalism, kindness and empathy they showed. Absolutely a five start first class place.”

“I just moved back to the area and chose this vet because of all the great reviews alone.I took 2 of my 3 dogs today for general exams/vaccines/nail trims. One of them is a little *feisty*, but they did so great with him. He could tell he was in good hands because he did not put up a fight when getting examined or getting his nails trimmed. I so appreciate them taking their time with him and making sure he was comfortable.Dr. Finley and all of the staff (front desk included!) were so great and kind. They were so gentle (now I see where they get the name of the practice) with both of my babies, from the exam to the vaccines and nail trim. My feisty dog actually has a skin infection, and they wouldn't do vaccines on him yet because of the meds he needs to take. To me, this further proves they care about the well-being of the animals, NOT about the money!The practice itself is clean, and the waiting area is large. You can tell they don't overbook, which is helpful for pet owners and the owners alike, as the waiting room and wait time are not stressful like at other places.”

“We have used Wolfchase for our animals for many years. They treat our animals like their own and take good care of them when we go on vacation. We have no worries. I would highly recommend them. Some people say they are a little pricey, but I want a "peace of mind" when I drop them off for any type of treatment. Try them - they are well worth those extra few pennies.”

“We first took our puppy here for his shots and we loved Dr. Opp and staff. One of my other dogs needed quick care for an allergic reaction. I made an appointment online in less that 2 minutes for the next day. They called to confirm. I brought her in to be seen. Staff went above and beyond to make her comfortable. She is not too sure of new people and she loved Taylor and the front desk staff. They even clipped her nails for me. We have another dog as well. We will be sticking with The Pet Hospitals Houston Levee & Macon for all 3. Thank you to all the staff for being amazing!!!”

“I've been here twice - the first on a Sunday when my cats tooth broke and again this past week when she was suffering from severe constipation. Both times they were SO helpful and quick. I was in and out within an hour and the prices were reasonable. They did x-rays this last time to make sure there wasn't a blockage and they okayed the cost beforehand.The chat feature on their website is great! I was able to request medicine to pick up the same day.All in all, the staff and doctors at this location are top notch and I am so happy to have found them as a backup vet :)”

“Wonderful, caring vets and support staff! They have literally saved our dog's life twice. Once when he contracted Parvo at another vet's office at 10 weeks old, right after we found him starving and homeless. They had him for a week and got him through such a horrific illness at his young age and updated us every step of the way. Second was when he had a bout of acute pancreatitis. They were very thorough and even sent his X-rays to an outside specialist to confirm his diagnosis. He is doing so well now and we are incredibly thankful for the exceptional care he received here. He's been through a lot in his 7 months of life so far, but they have given him the absolute best care and he actually likes to go there! We love you guys! Thank you!!”

It’s a bit expensive, but the facility is clean and nice and I liked the staff and I liked that I could put my dog out in a play group while she was there.”
