“Just stopped in for a quick in and out shopping adventure. Needed something quick, and thought I would give CVS a shot. I have been here in the past, to fill prescriptions and for other odds and ends. Tonight, it was the same as it has been in the past. The store looks fairly put together and I didn't notice any trash on the floor. We were greeted by every staff member that came within a few feet of us. When I went to check out, and there was a long line, because an elderly man was at the counter and didn't understand how to check out properly. The staff remained patient with him, and finally got him taken care of. Another lady stepped over the registers and open another register to clear out the line that existed. She was friendly and efficient. At first, I thought we would be in line for a while. Again, I was wrong. Good visit.”

“I really enjoy going to the store. It is clean. It smells good. The folks that work there are helpful. The check out clerks our polite and friendly. Today I had a really good experience as I had left the store with a cart full of groceries. This young man came up to me and said "I will be happy to help you unload your cart." I said, "you certainly don't have to. I usually say no, I don't need anything. But since you are outside already and you probably would like to bring my cart inside, why not?" This young man said, "it would be my privilege to help you. I really enjoy helping people. I would be happy to unload your groceries." I said, "how can I turn down your help?" He said, "I really love to help people and I am happy to help you." With people like him, the grocery shopping experience is very pleasant.”
