I bought a screen replacement lifetime plan and when I need to use it, they said I have to start paying a $10 restocking fee each time I need my glass cover replaced! Sucks

I called up there a few minutes ago and asked for a manager got hung up on each time I called back I was hung up on I’ll NEVER buy another phone or ANYTHING from this store I’ll go to Columbia it’s a corporate store and this one In Lawrenceburg isn’t there a big difference!! I bought an iPad and Watch ultra in Columbia it’s a much more pleasant experience up there!! NO MORE LAWRENCEBURG ATT!!!

We moved from a different country. We chose AT&T to get a line, but we regret it. We had a lot of problems with our accounts, we had them fixed in another branch, we do not recommend it.
