We moved from a different country. We chose AT&T to get a line, but we regret it. We had a lot of problems with our accounts, we had them fixed in another branch, we do not recommend it.

I just can't enough about the excellent service we received last night at our local AT&T store. Nic was absolutely FABULOUS!!! His knowledge was impressive and his respectfulness and efficiency were quite encouraging for this day and time.Thank you AT&T Store, Lawrenceburg!!!

Employees are misinformed and will say anything just to make a sale and get you out of the store. Corporate customer service is incompetent. The business is overcharging sales tax to customers and will not correct

Jody Snedegar is WONDERFUL!!!! She helped us so much! We have had two wonderful experiences, but a mistake was made, and Jody went out of her way to make it right! She was personable and knowledgeable, I had considered leaving AT&T and we decided to stay because of her!

Went in to lower my bill. Thought this was taken care of. Decided to upgrade phone to the new S22 since it was free. Checked my order info and found out the sales person added insurance that I did not ask for and also charged a $30 activation fee. ?

Most ridiculous store ever!!! Don't waste your time going here!! Make the drive to Columbia or order online!! been in the store 4 times in 2 days just trying to get a screen protector could of ordered from AT&T online and had it by now!

The people at my store are useless I've called twice to ask a question and each time they would act like there gonna help the all of a sudden send me to customer service we're it's automated and nothing gets answered
