We had our installation done today. I will update my review in the future regarding the quality of internet. However, I must say that Zach needs to be given a raise expeditiously. This young man is very people oriented and knowledgeable about the products and services. It was refreshing to have a technician that took the time to explain everything after the installation was completed. He is very good at what he does and clearly a great asset to your company. Please tell him that his effort(s) did not go unnoticed. We very much appreciate his excellent professionalism!Update: After having the service for several months, we decided to go back to our old provider. Cloud 9 was as slow as dial-up. Very disappointing!
