The Internet is down alot ...and when it's down stays down for several hours ..I've been doing business with them for a few months and the service has been down at least four or five times .. very inconvenient and extremely irritating..can not contact anyone about the service until they come back in office..it's Christmas Eve.. called this morning at 7:15 and its 1:30 still no service or any responce ...I will be changing service soon ... thought I would try local but to much of an inconvenience for me ?

Please don't use this company!I've been a customer for over 14 years and they called me and dropped me. I currently don't have Internet. I've called other places and nobody else will give us Internet so cloud 9 was the only one. When I asked the woman what we were supposed to do since we are in a rural area and she said, good luck! Me and my other neighbors are searching for other options!

I’m glad we have an option for a locally based internet provider instead of a big telecom company. The install was really quick and the installers were professional and courteous. Looking forward to having faster internet for less cost, upfront billing without hidden charges, and local customer service.

Cloud 9 Wireless is by far the best internet provider in lawrenceburg. Fast installation and great price. We have never experienced any issues or outages. Great company and great people. 100% recommend Cloud 9

Welcome sight to see them put fiber in a small town, I couldn't even get fiber in a city of almost 2 million people. I was the first in my neighborhood to get Gig fiber installed and I must say I cannot be any happier with the speed, uptime and the customer service.My internet has only been down once and it was no fault of theirs, the major ISP I had before was down at least once a week which wreaks havoc on you when you work from home.Unless there is a drastic change will be a customer for a very long time.Keep up the great work.

The owner made a very rude comment on a Facebook post I made concerning my need to cancel my services. I'm very glad I've decided to switch internet providers. Also I have consistently had issues with the service cutting out and having to reset the router. I've been on the fence about switching providers, but the owner's comment sealed the deal.Edited to add: I can't imagine a company would think it would be okay to respond to negative reviews by saying "You are delinquent on your payments" or "we've had to waive payments because you were behind." That's just shameful. Stay away from this company!Response to owner: It's funny how you say methods of cancelation aren't for public viewing, yet inciting customers' payment history is fair game. I will say I'm glad that it is easy to cancel services because I plan to do that in the very near future.

Blazing fast internet, great for gaming. We can have four people online gaming at the same time, with no lag. Customer service is always courteous and helpful.

Excellent service technician were professional helped walk me through setting up my router where in and out in a flash and serviced me in an area where every company around could online offer satellite for a ridiculous price speeds are fast i can play games online without lag stream movies on several devices at once so far i am ecstatic about there services
