Very poor customer service. Representative have no knowledge of the services that they provide and give customer false information to sale different products.After, going in the store and patiently waiting due to the store being packed with customers. Which I understand so I gave the representatives time to help the customers ahead of me.So when it was my turn I asked the representative about international calling as well gave her the location I’ll be in for the next few days. The representative then told me the phone service would work there.When I made it to my destination my service would not work . I was unable to contact my family and love ones during my stay.So when I returned to the country I did reach out to the Lawrenceburg Tn location and spoke to the manager Lauren. Told her exactly what took place. She then said she was reach out to someone else about my refund as well take the feature of international calling off my phone plan. As well she will give me a call back later on that day. I never received a call from her. I called back the next day and I was told they would relay the message for her to call back. No call back. I called the follow day and the next day no call back. I had to call the company and get them to take the feature off my phone as well refund me my money.I would not refer anyone of my family and friends to Cricket and I’m looking to change cell phone service as soon as possible.I give this location NO STARS

I have been with Cricket for a few years, many good employees there. There is an employee there named April who has helped me tremendously, thanks to her letting me know about the disability discount I can now afford my phone bill at all times. Everyone there are good workers but April has gone above and beyond and all around Cricket is a good phone store with good service.

The next day I went online to the Cricket website, and had zero issues getting my phone and plan ordered. I was not impressed with this store's lack of critical thinking or problem solving.

I visited the Lawrenceburg cricket store and they treated me with so much kindness. Karen the store manager and Tatum went far and beyond to help me get set up with them . I highly recommended them and the service is amazing.

I had straight talk for a few years then decided to get cricket, for starters they charged me twice for a phone case and screen protector I didnt even buy one of and refused to refund me so my bank had to dispute it then when I transfered my phone from straight talk cricket didnt fully transfer my number so I wasnt able to call and text for two days and had to go back and have them redo it and they acted so confused about it I only had cricket for a few months.. I woke up with my phone service (enrolled in auto pay) not working so got on the app that said my account was suspended and had to pay my bill and a fee to activate my phone again because my bill was taken out to late... but it was in auto pay so how did I pay it late and why would I owe a fee for you taking out the payment late.. then I checked my bank account and I had a pending charge with my bill and fees already pending in my account, couldnt get anyhelp over the phone so went to the store in person and they pretty much strugged and said call the bank so I left and called my bank and my bank confirmed its 100% crickets fault they have to accept the charge to get it out of pending so I call the store again they tell me to call the 1800 number so I call 1800 number 3 different times and speak to 3 different people and nothing got accomplished so after speaking to a total of 8 people and it going on day 3 my phone not working despite the fact im missing 71 dollars from the bank I am no longer using cricket worst customer service I have ever experienced at a phone company I have never went with out a phone on any services Iv used over 15 years until this one and just keep getting ran in a circle.. Absolutely unacceptable.. Most unprofessional thing a company can do is not solve a problem they caused and leave a customer hanging.
