I've been banking here through four changes in ownership & they've always been great. They are willing to help, and have even taken off charges the two times I accidentally overdrew my account.

Please do not put your money in this bank. They talk down on you and treat the normal working class people badly. I sold property and they are refusing to release funds after being told they would. I was lied to on several occasions. Be careful.

Rude up front. Only gives notary to banking customers? You're a notary of the public, not the bank. Wife and I do have an account but will be moving hers now.

I would give 5 stars but the only complaint is their hours. 9 to 4 Monday thru Thursday 9am to 4Pm isn't good for people who work until 4:30 or 5. I go into work at 8 so I can't even go before work. Customer service is great. Tronda Smith does a great job!!!

Absolutely worst bank ever. The people are Absolutely RUDE. Unless they think you have money they are rude. I went to cash a check for my mom. I have account there. Their all talking about my mom and husband and overdrawn acct. Like I cant hear nor the customers in the lobby. Hello get your facts straight. Wrong person. Thank you for being so rude and Letting the lobby here your conversation. My moms acct was fine. Have you ever heard of privacy breech or oh yes customer servive. Worst in yhe world. I will.be moving my account Tim is the only person whom has ever been nice to me. And Tronda apparently they know customer service. Why is he not the manager. I'm sure he would never let this happen to anyone. If you dont like your job or care about customers. Here's a thought go HOME

Customer service and tellers are good if you have time to go inside. ..But if you have a question there isn't anyone to answer phone or assist you and fees are unreasonable

I cannot say enough great things about the women (& men) that work at the Lawrenceburg branch...I literally show up seveal times a week...unprepared...No deposit slip...Drivers license...nothing lol and they ALWAYS greet me with a smile...ALWAYS take care of anything I need and ALWAYS act so happy to help, even though I know for a fact I make their job harder. A banks is a bank and I could go anywhere but I know for a fact I would not be treated the same

Banking hours suck and customers are an after thought. No night deposit box. I will say that the employees are nice but it seems as if customer service at First Tennessee is dead.i will.be moving my accounts.

We are new to Tennessee and Tronda Smith helped to make us feel very welcome. She took the time to find everything we need for our new bank. In the new computer world we live in it is refreshing to have sincere personal interaction from a very genuine person like Tronda. My thanks to First Tennessee Bank and all of their friendly staff at 101 N Locust, Lawrenceburg, my new bank.
