GameStop, as a company, has darn near ruined shopping there for me. Warranty tradeins are becoming impossible, extended warranty items cannot be exchanged for the same item, even if it isn't made anymore. Had a 2 year replacement warranty on a headset that they no longer carry! Was an act of congress and about 3 weeks before someone finally figured out how to bypass the stupid rule and let me get another headset. I offered to pay the difference, but the company wouldn't allow that anymore. Very disappointed with the direction they are going, and I was a huge fan for years. The beginning of the end for them I figure. Hope you have better luck thank I have. Working staff was great as always, but new rules and regulations killing them.

I bought a used controller from them, and it refused to stay on, even while on the charger. I returned it and traded for a new one. It won't turn on at all. If you're going to sell the item, make sure it works first, otherwise it's a scam.

It is kind of sad to see the GameStop era of video game stores being over. With Steam, Microsoft store and Playstation store taking over the digital realm GameStop has become nothing more than a mere collectible figurine shop. Staff is always friendly though. My past dealings with them have always been pleasant!

Store manager rang me up after a different employee gave me my trade in total. I had two xbox 360 games I was trying to trade in that showed on the website as being accepted by gamestop and has a trade in value. Manager said that he wouldn't take them and "he doesn't have room for for them" and that "no one buys Xbox 360 games" so he removed them from the trade in total I was already given by someone else. They DO accept them as I traded them in at another location on a different day. I found this to be an unprofessionalI way to treat a customer. I guess the manager's personal preference wins over what the website states. He might pretend to, but he doesn't own the store. My few experiences at this location have been negative so I won't return. I know that doesn't matter, but there are better locations with nicer people.
