I returned a few items about 2 weeks ago.They gave me store credit and sent me on my way they gave me a small receipt and didn’t say anything else. I shopped around didn’t find anything. I came back today and was going to buy some items and I was under the impression that since I used my phone number every time I went there that my store credit would be there.. Ha you would think but no you have to have the little receipt that has your return amount and they have no way of finding that without it…. Im not mad that’s there policy I’m mad because at no point when I was returning my items last week did they tell me at all that I needed to keep it.. when I tryed to explain I was not told this information they said they can’t just make that $30 appear that I should of took a picture 🙄…. So I lost $30 it’s just annoying wish I was told to take a picture instead. Hope they train there employees better so they can properly explain there policies.

The best Goodwill I’ve ever been in! As soon as I walked in everything was super clean and organized and color coordinated. Everything was in order and the workers were very attentive. I found a lot of good things that weren’t just junk. I also found some good books and the cashier made my day! She takes with me about the books and made me excited to start them. Such a good experience.

Wanted a dog carrier that didn't have a sell tag on it and didn't say sold. When I tried asking the manager Susan about she got very rude with me. She then ended up yelling at me in the store. I will not go back to this store. I'm not sure what her issue was. It was 20 minutes before closing and no in the store had the ticket for it and yet it no sold sign on it. So why the hell couldn't she do what managers have before and look to see if it was sold??

I’ve never really been a thrifter but this location has some really good finds at reasonable prices. Overall, I was happy with my visit and plan on visiting again in the future.

Lots of dollar tree junk for twice the price. So many things were overpriced. Was told today they have a new return policy, 3 days, with tags and receipt, and no cash back ever, only exchange. Greedy greedy. Adding…. Went today for the 15% off deal with the reusable bag and they told me at checkout that they didn’t have any of the bags to sell and still wouldn’t give the discount they were promoting over the intercom and when I put my buggy back, I saw a whole stack of them hiding under the register…. What the heck? Y’all owe me $4.50.

Everything in this place is WAY too overpriced. The point of this place is to help people but who can afford these prices? and I could literally go and buy these things new for cheaper than they’re selling the stuff. I picked up a glass gumball machine and the thing came from Target and was $3 originally and these fools have $5.99 on the dang thing. At LEAST take the dang target sticker off of it if you’re gonna do that… absolutely ridiculous. They’re right next door to a dollar tree and will have the exact same things you could walk next door to dollar tree and get but they will slap $1.99 to $5.99 on them

One star because I was told an item was functional and it was not, I even tried to see what's wrong and tried troubleshooting it, but it was broken. I tried to return it but they said that the receipt I had to the item had different numbers and I couldn't return the item. IT WAS THE EXACT RECEIPT. They are scammers and I will never go to this Goodwill ever again.

They've changed the layout of this Goodwill so much since I've been and there's so much stuff, there's no way we could even make through half the store. Love the half off sale days, discount days different days of the week, etc.
