I have been going to Great Clips for awhile in Lawrenceburg and I’ve always had a great experience there with staff and the having affordable prices. Well that was until Alisa cut my hair yesterday and completely butchered my hair. I’ve been growing my hair out for almost 4 months so I could get a certain haircut I’ve been wanting but I always wear my hair short. I showed her the picture and she said that she could do the haircut no problem at all. Well she apparently had more confidence in her work than she should because when she was done I hardly had any hair left, it was uneven, wasn’t blended properly or even remotely look like the inspiration picture I showed her. I was so devastated I paid left and cried all the way home until I could calm down enough to handle the situation. I went back up to Great Clips and she had already left for the day but the other staff saw the devastation and anxiety this whole situation was causing me. Morgan did what she could to save my hair but there wasn’t a lot of options so that just tells you how bad it really was. Morgan turned that hot mess express into something that I could rock until my hair grows out again and they also gave me a full refund. I really appreciated the staff being so caring and understanding on the degree of butchery that was done to my hair. If someone from corporate office sees this review you really need to let Alisa go because she has no business being near a pair of scissors and especially clippers. I hope no one else ever has to feel and go through what I did yesterday because my confidence in myself was completely shattered..

I will never ever use them again, I have been to alot of salons but I have never had to go see my doctor right after getting my hair cut...Either it was the dirty comb or scissors.. but i have to take medicine now cause my head is all broke out with red bumps

My fiance’s haircut looks SO good!! The price was very reasonable and the stylist was super sweet! If her and i wouldn’t of chatted then it would’ve been quicker. Definitely recommend

Was visiting from out of town and ended up being invited to a company dinner and did not bring anything to fix my hair. They took me in as a walk in and styled my hair. The girl was very friendly and professional. The salon does need a little updating but she said it was supposed to be updated soon.

I went here for a simple cut I wanted about 4 inches off and the lady they put me with never once asked if I part my hair after getting home and washing my hair and straightening it she gapped it up really bad she done face framing which one side is shorter then the other it was a red flag when she said it looks like I didn't layer this part and to top it all of she cut about 3 inches more then she was supposed to I only went here because my mother in law needed her hair cut so I went ahead and got mine done do for our trip now I look like Bozo the clown

The Great clips app is easy to use, and I was seated within an hour. I'm new to the drive thru style salon but it's worth it because I got the haircut I needed. I went on a Saturday so it was a bit busy. For the cost of under $20 it's definitely a great place. On the day I went in, Krissy cut my hair. I will definitely return in the future to Great Clips. The salon is located next to Kroger's if you're looking for a decent hair cut without hassle.

The older woman that cut my daughter hair did a bad job and my daughter even showed her a pic and she cut her hair to short we will not be back

I finally got a haircut I liked. I got caught up in the online check-in. So I had to sit and wait forever. Bad system design in a first come establishment.
Anywho, this little tiedyed lady walks me back. My hair was super long. I had put it off due to cost and not being able to get a decent cut even at $30 for a basic trim. As she cut Inwas saying she needed to go higher, but she already knew. She did her thing, and it turned out great. Thank you. Finally a cut I didn't have to shave my head after. 🤪
