We had a horrific experience with this shop. So, We spent over $3,000 in repairs to our truck, and A couple day's after we picked it up I broke down over 2 hours out of town, with 5 small children.Heritage auto did a poor job at installing some of the parts and they litterly came apart and were flopping and banging up under the truck which could have caused even more damage.I had to stop immediately. The truck was not drivable, so I spent the better part of that day on the side of the road, and then in a store lobby, with 5 tired, hungry, fussy kids, while waiting on a tow, to get our truck back home. And then we had to have it towed back to the dealership the next week! When I confronted the manager with the mistakes they made....he responded "Well, these things happen"We never got an apology and they never would reimburse us for towing fees!?The guy named James, over the repair shop, had a rotton attitude. He was short with me and made me feel like I was bothering him by bringing the truck back for them to fix what they messed up.We will not be a return costumer. We are in the market for a new vehicle but we will not be shopping thereBelow is a pic of one piece they had replaced that clearly wasnt installed properly and pulled out

I stop in shopping today. Immediately the sales person talks about our president. I'm just wanting to purchase a new truck. What does your political beliefs have to do with that? You have never met me and your in sales. Why would you bring up political beliefs?

Very disappointed in Austin in the service department. I called to schedule an appointment for my 2017 Traverse for a technical bulletin that had been worked on when the Traverse had 56k miles and he repeatedly told me that it would not be covered. I called back to push the issue once I hade the information below and he still would not schedule service. So I called Murray in Pulaski and they ran my vin, checked the mileage and scheduled my Traverse in for service on Monday. The customer may not always be right, but when the customer is giving you the special coverage info and has done their homework... you might want to listen to them. It's a shame to because my dad just bought a 2017 GMC Terrain yesterday (not at Heritage). I am quite certain he will not be using Heritage for service either.GLOBAL SAFETY FIELD INVESTIGATIONSDCS5137URGENT - DISTRIBUTE IMMEDIATELYDate: September 11, 2019Subject: N192210240 - Special CoverageEvaporative Emissions Purge Valve ReplacementModels: Various Makes and Models listed belowMake ModelModel YearFrom ToBuick Cascada 2018 2018Encore 2016 2017Enclave 2016 2017LaCrosse 2016 2016Chevrolet Caprice 2016 2017Cruze 2016 2016Impala 2016 2017Sonic 2016 2017Traverse 2016 2017Trax 2016 2017GMC Acadia 2016 2017

No way will I ever set foot in Heritage gmc.Took in my vehicle to service to see why the service light is on.They pulled the code and said well sometimes that will come onfor no reason, so he cleared the code. Came back on so I wanted itchecked out. So it took 1 minute to find the problem, which btw is acommon problem I understand. Charged me well over 100 dollars andit was not in warranty. Well it should of been. They were gonna chargeme almost 5 hundred dollars for what fixed myself for 81.00. Took me 30 minutes and they wanted over 2 hours of shop time to do a 30 minute job.I believe they like to rip off people. Stay away from these sleazy shady moneyhungry people that own this place. Ya know 200 would have been a fairprice to charge but greed gets in the way and they are greedy.

My experience with Heritage Automotive Center began with a move to Lawrenceburg and a need for a highly-reliable and fuel-efficient car. A local search online led me to them. After browsing their website, I found a vehicle that fit my needs and submitted a request on it. A gentleman named Chip called and left a message within 24 hours of my request.I got busy, on to the next most important thing; like we all do and forgot about it. That following weekend, I set time aside to create the solution I needed. I decided to follow-up with Heritage after a failed phone conversation with another dealer in Columbia. I should have just went to Heritage to begin with or called Chip back earlier.Anyway, I pulled in at around 1pm on a Saturday and they had me out of there by 3:30pm and on my way home. Deal done!!!My salesman, Chip was very professional and down-to-earth. From the moment I arrived, he treated me with respect and he made sure he understood what I was trying to accomplish. Then, he showed me the car I asked for and made sure I got a good deal! They were fair with my trade-in valuation, I got a great used car, low miles, perfect condition and monthly payments below the number I asked for!!Danita, she was great too yall! Not only did she knock out my deal and help me do all the paperwork but She told me where to get the good tacos and the spots I need to go and see, being fresh off the boat as I was!!I couldn’t be happier. if you are shopping, go see them first - you won’t regret it!!! If you live near here go, if you don’t live close you should make the drive

Since owning my Chevrolet Camaro I have always used Heritage but after this last visit I will not or recommend anyone else to use them for this matter. My car was backed into at a car wash and I took it to heritage for their body shop to repair. Their body shop has done some work for me in the past and they done a great job so I was expecting the same this time but it was a far cry from what I got.The front bumper and right side finder had to be replaced on my car. After them having my car for nearly 2 weeks fixing it you would assume everything was done correctly and especially since it was being done at a Chevy dealer. A week or two after receiving the car back I noticed that the grill was becoming unclipped for grille insert and also had a bulge in the bumper and was busting open the paint. I stopped by and showed them and was told to drop it off one day when I had the time. I was finally able to drop it off for them to fix their mistakes. Now In the meantime while they have it they called me saying that they had found a broken bumper bracket and then decided to question me if I had hit something or was I sure that nobody had hit me because they would never let a car leave like that( there is no damage to the car other than what it was there for to have fixed ) and it kept on until I was nice and made them fully aware that my car had a camera and also a external battery that ran the camera when the car was off. They did fix everything that was messed on the car except the paint and never once offered to fix it either because they knew it was their mess up.I have added the pictures of the before damaged and the grill clip where it was coming apart and also where the paint is messed up due to the bulge in the bumper. I also included pictures of the Camaro badges that wasn’t put back on at the factory spec like on the left side.

Took my car there for a transmission leak. Changed the pan gasket twice. Still leaked. Auto tech found it was the filler tube.

I give them 2 stars because the sales team is great, but they need a separate place to rate the service department.Took my 2016 GMC Sierra in 3 times for the same issue and they never could fix it. Kept calling me and saying that it was ready, but the expensive procedures never helped. They weren't willing to work with me on the $4,100 tab either, even though it didn't fix the issues.

Really don’t understand the service department. I took my Tahoe in for air bag recall and left with a cracked dash were air bag was installed. Manager want answer my calls. Think this is rude and very bad service. I wouldn’t recommend taking your car/truck for service. UPDATE - Got a call back. Guy call back said,” My air bag would not be replaced if there was no crack in dash so it must of had a crack in the dash when I brought the car to shop.” There was no crack!! Also, said I should have received a letter giving me a choice from GM. Got no such letter only card saying air bag recall. Shop should have given me a choice if dash was actually crash.

Took a 2013 Impala here to have Crankshaft cleared on Diagnostics, now the car won't crank. It was cranking and running 1.5 wks prior to bringing it here. NEVER AGAIN. Will drive to Alabama before I ever bring another Chevy here to be fixed.
