my food was horrible. theThe fried chicken sandwich i had was not fresh whatsoever. It was overdone and hard to chew. the fried chicken had been sitting in a warmer all day and you could tell it. the fries they served me were supposed to be a large but i received a small fry with my combo. so i was overcharged. also i didnt receive my comeback sauce that i requested and was rang in on my receipt that i received. The woman working the drive thru window was rude and had the personality of a qet mop. her energy seemed to be that she really didn't like her job. I could tell cause she didn't care about the food quality she gave me or the customers needs at the drive thru. i had to ask her for a straw and a spoon for my shake i ordered. the shake was runny and had too much milk in it so it seemed like a melted ice cream shake.

Went through the drive-thru. I was the only car in line. Placed my order, even repeated it twice. Get to the window, still the only one in line. The lady takes my money and has me pull to the white line, again I'm still the only car in line, but I pulled forward as she asked. The food comes out almost immediately. I'm thinking wow, this is good. Anyway, get my food (I should have checked the bag, but I mean I was the only car in line and figured they got it right. Drive all the way home and start u bagging our food and wouldn't you know they shorted me two of my items. If this had been the first time I would think hey it happens sometimes, but they literally short me something Everytime I go through the drive-thru. I called to get them to make note so I can come back at a later time and get my money back and get excuses about new employees, being short handed and whatnot. Gas is not free and having to make two round-trips everytime I order from the drive-thru gets costly not to mention just plain inconvenient. Excuses and apologies don't make up for time lost or gas consumed. No other offer was made by the manager that took my call other than she wanted to know if I was going to come back after the food. No ma'am I won't come back after it because by the time I made the trip, the food I had would be cold and I wanted my family to eat while it was fresh. Train your people right, then treat your people right and they will stay and do you a great job. Maybe then you won't have to make excuses for shotty service. As for me, this was the last straw. I won't be spending anymore of my money with Jack's of Lawrenceburg, TN.

I go every morning and order the big breakfast sandwich without cheese. They can not comprehend that you don't want cheese. They put it on there every time.

Came here after the lunch rush was over. No one in the lobby, maybe one car in the drive thru. A simple order took 20 minutes and we had to go back up to the counter multiple times because they forgot parts of our order. Blew my mind at how disorganized it

I used to work here and the staff is overworked and yelled at daily so the attitude for everyone working reflected that. The drink machines in the front are rarely cleaned correctly and had mold on them and the bathrooms were almost always dirty. I'm surprised the place is open with how dirty the place is.Its very poor management aswell.Its a awful place to work and if you eat here you will probably get sick.

I’m not sure what’s wrong with the employees at this Jack’s but 90% of them has piss sorry attitudes! I ordered breakfast and had to wait on my eggs which was fine, no big deal. So I went and parked at the white line and had my window down. Well the woman that brought my food out didn’t say hello, here’s your food, kiss my foot, nothing. Literally threw my food in my window and walked off. Never said anything. If I’m going to give you my money, I expect a little bit of niceness.

Make sure that y'all check your receipts.. We ordered a BLT and they tell us they are out of the toast bread but could put it on a bun, we said ok no problem.Then we get ready to leave and I looked at our receipt and they charged us .99 cents for the bun, THAT THEY SUBSTITUTED. We asked about it and they said it was for inventory ?,, WTH EVER. Your charging customers an extra dollar for something that y'all substituted, RIDICULOUS!!!
