Highly recommend going here to get your taxes done. Jennifer there helped me more than anywhere before and actually explained in detail the process and what could help me for next year. She was the sweetest and so friendly. Definitely go see her!

Had a 12:00 appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early, went inside, no other customers. A women was in a back room busy on her cell phone. I looked in on her and waited until she noticed me before I spoke. I told her the I was here for the appointment. She got up and briskly walked towards me, I stepped out of her way. She grabbed a clipboard from a stand near the door, thrust it towards me and stated, with a sense of irritation "you need to fill this out before you can come in here" and then quickly returned to here desk.I asked her what the charge would be for her service, she stated that it depends on how many forms are required. I told her that little has changed from last year and that given the appointment was she not expecting me, after all, they contacted me numerous times to retain my business, not I them. She had no comment and I left ... I won't be back.

Takiya Made it such a smooth filing process this year and was so patient with us being that our taxes are more complicated than most. Definitely recommend.Update: We had to amended our taxes and Chasity was Helping us and made it so smooth and painless, still 100% recommend.

I am very pleased with my experience at Jackson Hewitt! Mikia is exceptional! She is very kind! Also, she did my taxes in less than 30 minutes which was wonderful. She smiled and talked to me the whole time I was there! Very pleasant!!

If you're like me and wait till the last minute to do your taxes because you think it's going to be a nightmare then go see Mikia Fulk she was absolutely amazing and made it painless. Best tax experience ever.
