For the majority of the staff they are wonderful until you get the heavy’set man but the manager especially goes the extra mile and made it right do better Kroger !! It shouldn’t be like that with refunds by a manage this persciption was for my son and I was charged 129$ for something covered 100% on his insurance !! All this could have been avoided ..when the one bad apple almost spoiled the cart .. So I highly recommend this professional kind staff and pharmacy but keep in mind everywhere there’s always one unkind person just pray for that person but on the WHOLE ? I highly recommend Kroger pharmacy in lawrenceburg

I don't think I've been to a worse pharmacy. Never seen one that was as slow. Shuts the windows on people that have been in line for 20 mineutes exactly at 1 to go to lunch. It's just crazy. Maybe there better on other days then today

I have heard this for some time now, but up until the past couple of months, I had not experienced it myself, but today was the final straw!!! I am a business manager myself and until my health got worse, I was actually a director over multiple pharmacies for a large chain company and I would have fired anyone who acted/ treated a customer the way I and my family member was treated today!! I have never been treated so poorly before in my life just because I have to take medication!! The lady that I gave my prescription to at the window was unbelievably rude and condescending and on top of that, flat out refused to fill my script because of the type of medicine it was. I am prescribed a medicine BY A MEDICAL DOCTOR for a pretty severe condition and she made me feel like a junkie because of this!!!! I will not be back and neither will anyone in my family!!! I really hope that someone higher up in the company reads these comments because I have read dozens of other comments saying the same thing before I decided to write this! They really need to hire and train ppl that are not judgemental against ppl that have to take medicine and they also need to be educated on the FDA laws because I know more about them then the lady that I had the misfortune of dealing with today!!! It's really sad, but they lost a long time customer ( well over 10 years now) as well as my family!!! DO BETTER!!!
Side note, I drove a mile up the road to there main competitor and got my medicine filled without any issues ... That alone says it all ...

Really quick getting to the line when you go inside but the drive-thru is usually jam-packed. Really nice staff

The pharmacist is really rude then they send you all over the place trying to get prescription filled say they need this are that and you get back and they say there out I would give them 0stars if I could

Up untill this past week would have have 5 stars but the past few days have been hell to say the least my home and everything I own along with a support dog that belonged to a veteran who served with distinction and honor we both lost our medication and they would not replace them untill our DR.called I'm n a replacement script after 3 days then said they could not fill them because in the little box that all for notes my DR. Did not put fill today I mean come on really just wow I would lose sleep is I were the pharmacist on duty I would be ashamed!!!!!!

We had a COVID booster “scheduled” for my 90 year old mother who is home bound. We drove 3 hours…yes 3 hours..to get there to find out they had no saline to mix the boosters. NO COURTESY CALL…Not a good example of customer service.
