“Been here a few times now to deliver Essity. Check in phone number is on the glass doors in the upper lot. Overnight parking available, super quiet area and very nice people here. Hope to be back again.”
“Tom is the best to rent storage space from. All of the units are nice and clean. He has pest control do monthly inspections and treatments. The facility is always clean, they have clean restroom facilities on site. Tom is helpful, kind, respectful, honest and understanding regardless of what your storage needs are. He goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met with satisfaction every time. I personally have seen Tom onsite cleaning the restroom, sweeping, taking out trash etc.
The only downside I was able to identify is the facility is in a rather secluded area and it's a bit uncomfortable if you have a need to visit your unit after dark. The lights are all on motion detectors and timers but there's not much at all for lighting on the exterior of the building or around the parameter of the shared facility.
Otherwise the ease of entering the building is great and the website makes paying monthly a breeze and Tom makes himself available via a simple phone call 24 hours a day. So if you find yourself needing a NICE indoor climate controlled self storage unit Northeast Indoor Storage is the ONLY way to go!”
“I've been with them coming up on 2 years. I started otr and now Texas local. I have a lot more going on in my life then a driver should and they work with me. If need to start late or need to take a few days off to deal with stuff I can get it. Goes to show they really r a family owned and family orientated. I have found the right company.”
“Best place to work where they truly treat you like family, well really better.they know u by your name not a trk.or badge#,and ASK you do u mind going here or there,they act like they work for u,and when my little Chloe passed,they knew how devastating it was for me a week later,I got a Sorry for your loss card w/everyone's signature, that put me back up.dont know how I trucked b4 but I sure couldn't go anywhere else.when you been w/the best you can't deal w/the rest. They don't hire very often because nobody retires or quits,and I'll probley go till I can't climb up in my blue mack which the outstanding shop guys keep her top notch.i dread the day when I can't be with them anymore, their my family.been out there 30+ years and pushing 71,been around some,there's just No comparison.
