“I had not been here in years but needed paint supplies late one Saturday evening. Surprisingly Sherwin-Williams was open. I was greeted and offered help when I walked in. After a discussion about the differences in products I was asked if I had everything I needed. As I was thinking, the salesman mentioned several things I may need based on the products I was buying. Sure enough I needed a couple things he mentioned. Saved me a second trip into town!”
