When open they have OK service. Miss the previous manager and crew. They were way more personal and friendly. Drove by to get something this morning at 4:30am and they were inside with lights off and locked doors. This only happens at this location. Supposed to be open at 4am that's what the hours state.

The customer service has gone down hill since the old manager left. The new employees are slow and are not as friendly. I was actually held up in line due to a customer complaining about his Kroger’s rewards. Instead of moving the customer down to the other register to help resolve his issue I waited over 5 mins for service!!!

Shell has always been a clean and organized with great discounts on fuel prices through rewards. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff are willing to help if you need something! They always have great slushees too!

Stopped by this morning for biscuits after telling the ladies my order over 5 time what I wants I finally received our biscuits only to find out they severed us literally dough on chicken strips! We will never be coming back to this store! I wish I could give them 0 stars!

The worst thing here is the wait. Always have to wait in line. Seems the employees can't get it together & get ppl what they need. Some of the food is not good & over priced. Clean store. Most employees are friendly. Good selection of items
