Can't send any packages back with a code and cannot box any returns ?. This is where it all started no!!! Have to go to the UPS stores in the malls. Don't get it

Website says "shipping and mailing service." I was rudely informed, "We are just a hub where trucks come in and go out for deliveries."It may have been an actual customer service center at some point, but it certainly isn't now!The young man seemed to take pleasure in telling me I'd have to drive 40 minutes, north or south, to an actual customer service center to get my package mailed.

It’s hit and miss with what kind of help you get here. Have returned Amazon packages no problem, then go back a week or so later, SAME ITEM, SAME LABEL different worker “we don’t do that here” nonsense! You do, you just don’t want to do your job! I’m NOT driving an hour to a UPS store when I can clearly do my business here! This is ridiculous!

Needed to get something sent back to spectrum but was told have go to UPS store. They don't do that.Bad enough we don't have a local spectrum store have to go a hour out of town. But now to find out have to go a UPS store. Which is also a hour out of town. If gonna have drive hour out of town to return spectrum stuff. Thru UPS. might as well go to spectrum store instead

We have trouble with getting our packages dropped off at our home. They rarely ever deliver directly to us we’re always having to go pick up the packages at the center. I called to get answers as to why and basically was told that we were calling up there to have the packages held for pick which is not happening. It’s only me and my fiancé ordering and knowing we’re getting things delivered and it’s mostly from Amazon. Usually the tracking will say tried to deliver and was unable to do so. (were home always. No one comes to the door.) Or business was closed (we are not a business) Our one package that was being held got rescheduled to be delivered but now it’s saying it’s being held for customs which it was just available for pick up at the ups center. I’m very frustrated and can’t get any answers . I’m thinking it’s the driver not wanting to do their job but I’m not sure

Once again the driver did NOT deliver the package to the ADDRESS ON THE LABEL, but left it at the place where the recipient works.

Online says they can print your lable & they have a self serve kiosk but thats bull. The boys working the counter were zero help and despite me calling the 1800 number & being told they can do it. It was still a total waste of time!!!

Wish the hours were waaaay longer, parking lot was bigger and lobby was larger. The guys working are always very nice and the prices are better than USPS.

They were able to scan one of those new global mailing return codes you get from Amazon and make a shipping lable, but you have to have your item boxed & taped ready to go, remember it's not a UPS Store and I didn't have to drive all the way to Colombia.
