Don't bother. We tried to make a reservation and secure a unit here. Their hours are ONLY 10am-2pm each day. You have to go there to get / secure your unit. How does that work for people with jobs during the day. Anyway, you take the time to go by there around noon...press the "Call Office" button on the call box, the gate opens, you drive to the office, and nobody is there. Then...your are STUCK INSIDE. You can't get out. Call their number, leave voicemail, no response. Call back until finally someone answers, only to be told they've "gone to lunch" but that "there is no way you pushed that button and the gate opened". Well...guess what...it did...and now we were stuck inside. Then to top it off, she comes back from lunch, and the first thing she says to us is "you are parked in my parking spot". Very RUDE. Not worth it. We went somewhere else. Would give zero stars if an option.

My husband and I used this storage company for 3 years with really no problems until we tried to move out. I set my payments on auto draft. The only quirky thing we asked for and in which they worked with us on is changing the ownership of the unit over to a friend of ours because of a new job of my husband's and relocation contract.

My husband and I used this storage company for 3 years with really no problems until we tried to move out. I set my payments on auto draft. The only quirky thing we asked for and in which they worked with us on is changing the ownership of the unit over to a friend of ours because of a new job of my husband's and relocation contract. Now fast forward to the time that we actually had to move out. I told the Owner a week in advance knowing we would have to pay the full month even though we were moving out in the first half of that billing month. While moving my husband's things to our new house, we came across a DEAD OPOSSUM. Legit, we took photos to show the owner. I reported it to the owner saying that it had obviously been there a long time because of the condition of the dead rodent however I can't prove the length of time without hiring a professional so can she just refund us $100 for the one month that we were only there 1/2 of the month.... This is when things got ugly and where I will never recommend this couple or their businesses. They own 2 local businesses across the street from one another. I have never been treated like they treated my husband and I. She had the audacity to accuse me of planting the dead opossum in our unit. I was 5 months pregnant..... It was an inside air conditioned unit. I have no clue how it got there but it did. After months of trying to work with them and do all that they asked, they wouldn't call us back. She didn't email me back for 3 weeks and when I called she said she was too busy to respond....too busy to respond for 3 weeks.... I would be fired at my job with that performance. She was then surprised when we did call to follow up saying she thought this was resolved (which is obviously crazy since there was no communication from her). She accused us of planting the dead rodent and accused us of trying to get out of the contract. All of a sudden subleasing was a problem, when it was explained thoroughly at the beginning before we did it so she would understand, and she could tell us if we were breaking any rules. These people are so crazy and rude that we nicknamed her the opossum lady. DO NOT USE this storage company. We're talking a refund of $100 for a 1/2 month of occupancy after we had paid them for 3 years $100/month never being late or causing any issues.
