The delivery was delayed by several weeks.The call center in the Philippines is terribly ineffective. The delivery person did answer some questions for me after I stopped him on the road.They don't bother to notify you by knocking on the door, but at least I did get a text when they showed up. Never seen a more ineffective business model.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every time I reach out with an issue and am told it has been resolved, this is never the case and I always have to call multiple times to address the same issue. This has occurred multiple times regarding multiple issues - trying to schedule a delivery, issues with a delivery, a promised credit on my account for the troubles I've experienced, and most recently, just trying to sign up for convenience pay. I dread having to interact with this company and will never be using them again.

terrible company to work with! They will let you run completely out of gas just to charge extra fees in the middle of winter, they are always slow to get a delivery made even with automatic deliveries if you go through them you will most likely run out and be left in the cold while they charge you for a emergency delivery. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy!

I would also give minus zero—I signed up with this Company this week bc their tank was already here. The agent assured me we’d have propane by third business day! STILL NO DELIVERY! They have my money and NOONE ANSWERS TO HELP!! We are breaking our contract due to false information! Synergy was bought by Amerisuck gas company

I would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service is awful. Had to call multiple times to get a delivery scheduled. Paid additional $300 for 24-hour service it's been 72 hours and I still have no gas and no delivery schedule. Call to see what was going on they want another $55 and the prices already outrageous. 4.99 a gallon. Another local company has it for 2.66 a gallon. If I ever get this delivery it will be my last with this company. I hate you cannot talk to someone local. It's a call center in Mexico with broken English. Over priced and customer service is non-existent.

I feel bad for the local employees. We cancelled our service with them. You can never speak with a local employee when you call and all calls are sent over seas. Wish the local folks the best but we will not be doing business with Amerigas ever again.

We have never dealt with a company like Amerigas. Quote for propane was guaranteed for several months. Upon delivery, price reflected quote that was printed out and handed to us from delivery driver. Billing online showed an incorrect price. I had to call customer service 3 times for assistance. The third time I spoke with a supervisor. He still “claimed”‘our invoice was correct. Even though he was looking at our receipt from the delivery truck that verified our price. DO NOT agree to a locked in price for propane. It means nothing to this company. After speaking with the supervisor and discussing discontinuing service and having our rank removed from our property, he decided to change the price back to reflect our delivery quote. Also, we were charged $99.00 to “lock in a guaranteed” price per gallon on future deliveries ! What a joke and rip off! Be careful with this company. Always keep your delivery ticket and look at your statement to make sure your are charged correctly. . Quotes mean nothing and customer service is worthless. The only positive comment is the delivery driver was very nice and polite. Don’t ask me to rate a company and not hear the truth.

Horrible customer service. They were trying to charge us for 2 years of propane tank rental for a tank that we didn’t even have any more. They even sent us to collections even though they kept assuring us (after each hour long phone call) that it would be taken care of). It took 8-10 phone calls over a period of several months to FINALLY get it rectified. It was an unnecessary hassle.

All was well except the call center. Could not understand the Filipino dialect. Plus the agent tried telling me they would have to inspect my tank before delivery…an additional $140. That I did understand. Went online and ordered. No questions asked. Driver delivered on time.
