: 3086399204024688118 I have made multiple attempts to speak with a real person regarding a gift card I have some time ago. This is an older card that does not have a pin. I called CB in early January to find out my balance on card. I was told that I must take it to CB store. As of 02/22/24 I did visit the St. Charles Mo location. At this time I inquired regarding my balance to the cashier. She informed me without a pin number on the card, she would not be able to help me. I called the number on the back of the card. Message at this number said not reachable. So I went to the manager on duty. He gave me another phone number, though he would be unable to resolve the issue himself, I should contact Corp. office. I have attempted to contact multiple times. I have NOT received a call back not any kind of communication on behalf of CB. This is the card number: 3086399204024688118. The card reads on back side "PROTECT THIS CARD LIKE CASH. NO FEES NO EXPIRATION DATE". I am unable to use card or find balance on it. It should not be this difficult to reach CB on this matter. My son cannot get his W2 from last year and when you call the corporate office. No one answers there isn't a way to speak with someone. Then it ask you only in Spanish what a joke Not 1 word English this is America Cracker Barrel so to leave i believe leave a message because it beeps and if you don't speak it says that it has not detected a voice. Not a good company. Such a joke!

Sorriest order of steak fries I’ve ever been served in my life. Largest “Steak Fry” on my plate was not even close to 3” long and most were not over an inch. I complained to the person who came around and ask how everything was and he replied “ they are making us cut back on the fries cause we are using too many. But the 4 year old across the isle from me had the kids hamburgers had a huge plate of fries that were probably 5 to 6 inches long.

We were in the store in Monroe Mi. Sadly, we were there for over an hour without food coming. Unfortunately no one came to update us on the status and it was only after asking on our way out that we discovered they were having issues in the kitchen. We still would have had to leave but if they had kept us updated it would have been more tolerable.Sad

My meat loaf had no taste and looked like a mystery meat. The mashed potatoes were dried and crusty around the edge as if it had set under the heater a long time. White gravy was good. Meal was only slightly warm. The veggie soup was not warm Waitress did not offer refills on ice tea I am disappointed as had not been to a CB for awhile and was looking forward to going. This was in Ft Pierce, Florida

Ordered Southern fried chicken. It was very dry and way overcooked. I could hardly eat it it was so dry. Turnip greens were like they came out of a can instead of freshly cooked. This is my 2nd bad experience recently. I will NOT be returning. What a shame. And waitress, while friendly, was not attentive in checking if we needed anything more, which we did - refills of beverages

Stopped in Orangeburg SC and had a horrible experience. I was taken to a seat and sat there for 15 minutes before anyone came to the table. I placed my order and 30 minutes later all I got was a glass of tea. As a truck driver if the wheels are not turning you aren't making money. I paid $3.41 for the glass of tea. I stop at Cracker Barrel often and can go in and order and get my food and eat in 30 minutes. They didn't even give me my points I was due. I would not recommend the Orangeburg SC location to anyone.

My family and I eat at your establishment 3-4 times a month. My recent visit left me to ponder if it is my last visit. When I went to the cashier to check out the credit card machine wanted me to take a survey. No doubt in my mind this is a corporate deal, a very bad one. Let your guest enjoy their meal, pay, and leave without answering do I want to tip, would I recommend this store, how would I rate this store. You know after restating this in writing I believe my decision is made.
