Yeah I worked there for two weeks was hired to operate a forklift and never got on one was left on the line all day long which is not what I was hired for and then I kept hearing they need to train me when I don't need to be trained they hire you under false pretenses just to stick you on the line and then pile you up with a ton of work all by your self I was diagnosed as diabetic and needed to keep my insulin close to me and they had a fit because I had a cooler on the floor with my insulin in it so they have no respect for people with diabetes and won't let you keep you insulin in reach of you in case you get to high with your sugar or it gets to low management is really poor they seem to not want to keep you working there if you say anything about doing a job that you were not hired to do there so if I could I would put no stars on this review so I only put one cracker barrels owner's or the corporate offices need to get them in check about people with diabetes they wanted me to keep my cooler in the break room so if my sugar shoots up to high I would not have the strength to get to it in time to keep from going into a coma from it but iam not there anymore and if anybody else wants to work there just be warned it's a joke and they will have you doing something that tou did not apply for because no one stays there on the line they had like a bunch of new people that left sooner then I did within a week they were gone so that tells me that the management is poor and there food in the restaurant is getting bad they order there food from pfg that's not even home cooked food like they claim on there advertisements and I don't know how they are still in business so don't waste your time with this company

Ordered something online. Came in wrong and all the numbers to call are not up and running, the on line chat service is disabled and my local store can't help me. I am out $144 and think this is horrible!!!

All the so called bad reviews are from people with kids. Well they are the ones that decided to have them. They decided to take on the extra responsibility not the employer. This current generation is too soft.

Horrible place to work, unless you like manual labor, I was told I was going to drive a forklift. I am forklift certified by the person there. Supervisor I think his first name was Scott. Kept making excuses why I was not on a forklift continued to throw me on hard work lines manual labor picking up heavy boxes and putting them on. what is even worse is

I made an online purchase of ONE home decor item and was charged THREE times for it! I have tried calling 4 times and never recieve an answer. When trying to fill out an online complaint, you can't get past the basic info stage because when trying to check the box saying you read the privacy crap and terms and conditions, an error message pops up. I understand mistakes happen so not angry about the initial mistake but very, very angry that I can't reach anyone to discuss this! I will NEVER buy anything online from Cracker Barrel and suggest no one else does either.
