I Wouldn't do business with the inexperienced tire changers if I was crossing the desert and had a flat...NO WAY.. If they break a lug, they will just tell you..Oh well** They will NOT offer to repair. You have to call Corporate Office to get your lug stud fixed. I had done business with them for years but never ever again. You have been warned.

Bought tires and wheels a year ago. Had them rotated and they said " go shopping we will text you when we are done" I got a text no Haarlem no problem

We were tourists on a round trip, when we had a flat tire. After calling Hertz, we were torn to Discount Tire and it turns out, because of AWD, all 4 tires had to be changed.Zach was so helpful and did a great job in all the organizing. So after a few hours, we could continue our trip and had a good time until leaving to europe again.So thanks again, Zach, for all you did for us.Greetings from Germany!

They were slammed when I got there and long story short I waited a good while but I had called ahead so they broke into the schedule when they figured out they had missed me and had my car ready really quickly. Good price for four new tires with warranty

We were traveling through the area and got a low tire pressure light- found a screw in the tire. Discount Tire repaired it FOR FREE! Busy place but they worked us in. FOR FREE! I'll definitely be a customer when I need new tires! Thanks!!!!

I called the store this morning to order 4 tires. Thomas said he could get the tires today and probably get them installed as well. That is exactly what happened. They were very busy when I arrived, but they had the new tires installed at the estimated time given to me. I am extremely happy with the service and the new tires!!

I scheduled my appointment and paid for everything online. Lee came out and met me as soon as I pulled in. He was a really nice guy but not overbearing. They put a set of tires on my car in less than an hour. They've got a great setup going there.

We were in town for the week from Minnesota and discovered the left rear tire on our Audi was losing pressure the night before we were to leave. We got to discount tire just before opening and were fourth in line at the door. When they opened Lee helped get the process started right away. I didn't get the name of the person who worked on our car but they plugged and patched the tire and had us on the road in less than a half hour. I was worried we weren't going to make it to Indianapolis motor speedway for the tour we had planned but they got us going fast enough that we were able to get there in time. Great customer service and FAST. It was very much appreciated.

June 17, 2023, 3:30 pm: Zach assisted me with purchasing tires. He was polite and very helpful. They had been very busy but all the employees were working hard. The workers in the bays actually sang a song together and it was so cool to see them working so well together. 5-Star Service ✌️

Every time I am here, I get great service! However, I worked with Lee today! He was able to work a miracle for me to get back on the road safe! Lee is THAT guy!If you happen to be here in February, wish him a happy birthday! He is a wonderful guy!
