I would stay away from these folks. I thought buying from a local family owned store would provide a better customer experience than i would get from a big box store. I was dead wrong. I purchased a microwave for under the counter. It did arrive on time but when the installer, a separate company, came a day later, he told me they sent an open box product and all of the parts needed for installation were missing. I called the store and was treated like this was somehow my fault. They were rude and insolent. They ultimately got me a new in the box product. I didn't buy an open box product and paid full retail. I honestly felt they tried to slip one by me. They seemed more annoyed that i wouldn't accept an open box product with missing parts. Not my kind of store form here on out.

Buyer beware!!!!! We go here to give our money locally not the big box store. Spent $2500 on Refrigerator. Either installed incorrectly or faulty freezer door. 2 weeks before service will come. Service comes cleans out the freezer full of snow says its okay. We called 5 min later it was doing it again. 2 more weeks. We work can not just sit here. Horrible service guy and department.Update. 2 weeks later they came back and fixed it. Brand new installed incorrectly and took a month to get fixed.

Terrible pricing and terrible service. Go somewhere else for appliances and for customer appreciation. My family and I have been customers for years. It doesn’t matter to them, they’re just out to make as much as they can on their overpriced products without consideration that they might just lose some of their long time customers. I’m telling everyone I know not to shop there.

My family has shopped DT McCall and Sons for many years. Furniture, Appliances, and Cub Cadet tractor Deliveries are generally free , they may haul off your old appliances***** ????

Really deserve half a star or no star. Delivery is horrible its free but they will tear your house up and the response from the delivery manager will be "well delivery is free". Service sucks they may or may not order your parts. Avoid this place or you will get screwed.

been waiting since November for a part for the dishwasher they installed with incorrect hose under sink. They shoved a small hose inside one that was there thus restricting water flow. had to wait for part, then had trouble setting time with installation due to my work schedule, told them what days i would be available and the time. told i needed early time because of work only to be told by tech that the service dept girl (very nice)doesnt set appt. Called and asked for manager and kind woman fielded the call and said a manager would call me, never did. I have been dealing with this company over 30 yrs and it saddens me on how it has become over the last few years. Lebanon store is great , Carthage not so much

I should have read the other reviews to see that support after purchase was going to be a risk. The in-store experience was pretty good, but when we received a sofa and one of the feet broke the first day, getting them to order a replacement was a real challenge. We're now ~3 weeks later, multiple calls, and still no replacement part.

Stopped in for a chair for my father. Very friendly staff. The selection for what I needed was limited to three chairs. Ridiculous prices quoted as suggested retail. Sales floor price was ok but still a bit high for the moderate quality of the chairs. Variety in the store was not extensive in other categories either.

Went in around closing time and the sales associate Janet was amazing. Didn't rush me out of the door. Janet took her time showing me different styles of recliners until I found the perfect one. Thank you Janet for making the day better. I will be back

I was instructed by Electrolux Warranty Department to contact DT McCalls to diagnose and repair my defective washing machine, so as to get the part and damage done to my home covered by Electrolux. A quite unprofessional person did show up , sat on the floor of my home, in front of the washing machine, as he ran it through two cycles. At that point it was obvious that he was not going to move the machine, so he could access it, to actually run diagnostics tests. I offered to move the machine for him, so he could actually check the machine, but he said there was no need. At that point he said he was done , it was just a fluke issue, and PROBABLY won't happen again. It has only gotten worse. He required that I pay him $ 120.45, but could not produce a receipt. I also ask for a detailed explanation of what he did, which obviously was nothing, to send to Electrolux. His response, I don't have any receipts on me, and I CAN'T write up a diagnosis, they do that back at the office. Total lack of professionalism !! Weeks later, after receiving nothing, I requested a receipt and a copy of the diagnosis report from DT McCalls. Finally did receive a receipt, but no diagnosis report ! They did type up a nice professional looking report, and sent it to Electrolux, thus stating that the machine was actually checked, which obviously did not happen. DT McCalls refused to send me this bogus report for obvious reasons, I had to get a copy from Electrolux. Because of this bogus report, Electrolux says all is good and they are done. OH, and to keep in line with the DT McCalls way of professionalism, after several requests to speak with the owners, they refuse to respond, I did finally reach a service manager, after several calls , and over a weeks time. In an attempt to explain what happened to the service manager, his professional response was," Go back to where you bought it and you have a very good day." Click, he hung up the phone in my ear.
