If I could give a zero I would. I went in firestone in 2021 for an alignment at that time I was asked if I wanted standard or standard with lifetime free alignment I specifically said I want the lifetime free alignment and was under the impression that's what i got and paid for. We'll I take it back today after talking with and scheduling an appt yesterday which at the time I told them I needed an alignment and I have the lifetime free alignment he is even asked me again I said yes I have that he said ok I can get you in at 9am in the morning. Ok cool good deal. We'll get there this morning I was told 45 mins to 1 hour they didn't begin my truck til I had already been there an hour and had 2 bays open out of the 4 this entire time but again ok whatever sometimes it happens i get it . They finally finish my truck and when I go to get my keys I'm told the cost is gonna be 146 dollars and some change I told him it's supposed to cost nothing i just assumed he didnt realize i had the free lifetime alignment deal so I said no last time I was here I got the lifetime alignment he said well they have it down as just a standard. So obviously by this point im hot and confused I never would have made the appt or came there the whole point of me using them is for the lifetime alignment that I thought I got and should have got since it's what I asked for. Now I'm 146 out of pocket that I couldn't afford but had to pay to get my car back. DO better firestone because if I didn't have the lifetime why wasn't I informed of that when it was mentioned twice during the phone call setting up the appt. Never ever will I go there again. I could have gone somewhere and gotten that way cheaper this is twice yall have done me dirty there won't be a third.

The Lebanon Firestone is always courteous and considerate of my time. I appreciate the time they take to ensure their techs are knowledgeable and trustworthy to perform the tasks at hand to complete the maintenance on my vehicles.

The service advisor Tristian did a great job explaining the issues the technicians found with my vehicle and suggesting what needed to be done. Since I was sitting at the store waiting for my vehicle to be worked on, I heard him over and over respectfully speaking with customers. Both he and Vance were kind and congenial as they worked with customers.

Even when didn’t have the tires I was looking for they went to get them from another location so I can get what I wanted. Very pleased with my purchase

Crazy expensive like I have changed my tire sensor just one tire sensor they said $190 LOL so I’m not recommending that place to no body

Had my Honda Odyssey and Toyota RAV4 serviced this week - the van on Monday and the RAV4 on Friday. We walked in without an appt and they were able to get both in and finished what they needed in about 2 hours.
They are welcoming, efficient and respectful of your time. Will definitely be back!
