The employees are amazing and always there to help… I was there on Monday and the sweetest lady greeted me and the people behind me, but when her manager walked in she didn’t greet her… when I say I was in utter shock at the way the manager yelled and belittle the worker becuase she didn’t gree the “so called manager” . She fully yelled at her in front of at least 5 customers and stormed off to the back.. she was yelled at so badly that most of the customers came to check on this worker! Mind you she did greet me and the people behind me but I Venmo if she didn’t she should have never been belittled and yelled at like this in front of customers or not in front of customers! I work at a restaurant and if my manager ever yelled at me like that I would have quit in the spot! I will most likely be goin in there to check on her and not buying anything I am so ashamed of that manager

I’ve always loved Five Below, when they finally opened one up in Lebanon I was so excited. I finally found the free time to go down there and check it out and it was the nicest and one of the most cleanest stores I’ve ever been in. Had a wide variety and seemed really big for its location. Overall a great place!

If there’s a self check out please do not walk up to me take the items out of my hand and tell me you can scan them. I’m an adult and can scan them myself. I like my personal space . You are absolutely more than welcome to watch me but do not take anything out of my hand to scan ANYTHING!

I love the store itself and they are pretty much stocked up, the only reason I gave it 3 stars is because I just find it a little annoying when employees scan your stuff for you and make conversation, like don't get me wrong they are super nice but I just personally like to quietly shop and check out by myself. Thats the whole point of the name "self checkout " if I wanted help I would ask ?♀️

I love 5 below!!! So friendly, especially this girl name Miracle. My dog has been sick for months and once I told her she was sooo sweet!!! She drove down to my house and gave me a basket of gifts she payed for! Will definitely be back!!

Young lady named miracle who I assume was stocking and stressed, would not help me locate the items I was looking for. Overall a great staff besides this one negative encounter. Great place, very clean and well stocked.
