I appreciate the staff at Hartmann they have always been very helpful. The location, amenities and convenience are perfect for what I need. I'm really enjoying the fitness center, heated indoor/outdoor saltwater pool. They also have a new indoor dog washing station that has a grooming station with a dryer that's so handy. They also have 500/500 internet that works great for my streaming services and when I work from home.

I have lived at Hartmann Plantation Apartments since 2011 and I have always experienced friendly, informative, and a very helpful staff. The Hartmann Staff go above and beyond to assist their residents in any and every situation. The amenities are a large plus for everyone. The indoor/outdoor pool, the convenience to the mailboxes, the free trash service, the security of police officers living on site, the dog parks, and the children's playground make me and I believe all residents think of Hartmann as the perfect home. I have recommended Hartmann to several of my friends that now live here and I am asked often where do I live and I never hesitate to call Hartmann my home.

I have lived here for over 10 years at this point and I absolutely love this place and I want to give a huge shout out to the staff at Hartmann Plantation. Maintenance has always been quick to fix any appliance that has broke within a few hours. There are 3 different dog play areas with obstacles for the dogs to play onand plenty of room for them to run around. They also have a indoor heated pool that we use year-round, we love being able to swim in the winter when most people can't, the sides have giant glass doors that get opened in the summer for some fresh air.They have made upgrades recently, so we now have a pet washing station, it has helped keep our doggo squeaky clean, now we no longer have to go anywhere and pay to wash her.They also recently upgraded the internet, it was fairly slow and very unreliable, but now it's fiber and it is blazing fast, I have gotten around 500mbps upload and download and no downtime.These improvements are small but make life a little nicer here at a place I consider home.

As a Dasher (Doordash Delivery), I must say that the appeal of this place is very pleasant. And the residients that I have had contact with have been friendly. I only wish that the gates to access the streets were open. Not a fan of the one way in and one way out.

I filled out application was denied immediately.She said something about on my record.That occurred in 2005 which I plead guilty too.On good behavior.I have my gun license and everything and have a great job.I guess once they found out I was black.I was automatically denied.Glad I got approved for a house to purchase soon after.

claimed they never received our 60 day notice when I had dropped it in their drop box after hours. I asked if they could check the cameras because I wasn’t alone and had witnesses to attest that I had dropped it off, they claimed theyd ask IT to find proof of me submitting but that they only keep footage for a few days. told other potential residents that they actually kept footage for months at a time. were nice enough to prorate our rent for our last month for an apartment we were no longer living in based on a notice that THEY lost. and then had the nerve to claim we owed them almost twice what their prorated rent was on the day we went to turn in our last rent. despite the fact that we had an email saying we owed them x amount for july, not double the price. they also tried to bank on us forgetting that we had paid a non refundable $200 pet deposit when we moved in, that could go towards the things they were claiming needed to be fixed. completely shady and disrespectful, completely unwilling to work with us. i’m sure other tenants have great experiences, but all in all they were extremely disrespectful and mistreating of us.

I had been in email communication with Rebecca concerning the availability of the Cottonwood floor plan in September. I received a quote email on June 23rd and applied via the link. It had me sign a lease agreement starting September 3, 2022 and ending September 2, 2023. After I signed the documents everything closed. I received a couple of emails saying that I had signed everything. It never prompted me to submit a payment. I called the office after not hearing from them to check to see if there was anything else needed and I was told that they rented the unit that I applied for over the weekend. I've worked in leasing and to let an application come in that you have been in communication with just sit is not something you do. They rented it out a couple of days after I signed. If I received emails letting me know that I signed surely they were notified. This was very disappointing and hope it was just a technical issue.

My wife and I have lived in the Hartmann Plantation community for just over four years, and we love it here. It's a quiet place, yet it is very close to the interstate. Staff and residents alike are friendly. Rebecca and her team in the office make a point to show empathy when a problem arises, and any issue we have had was promptly resolved.Something to consider if you are scrolling through the reviews: Tammy comes up often, and people mention particular maintenance staff as unfriendly. I'm here to tell you that Tammy was a nightmare for the community, and she is no longer employed at the property. She hasn't been here for years. Additionally, I have never had any issue with any of the current staff.Another issue commonly mentioned is the internet speed. There has been a lot of improvement to the speed and reliability since I arrived. I use the internet for work, and outages are uncommon enough that it has never been an issue for me as a remote employee. I hope I cleared some things up for potential residents. Good luck in your search!EDIT: Internet speed and reliability continue to be an issue. There was a brief period of time with no issues when I originally wrote this review. I pay for 100mb/s download speed, but I routinely get 2mb/s during peak times. That is not a typo. It's sad because the internet is the only drawback to this place, but it is very important to me.

My wife and I moved to Hartmann Plantation from Murfreesboro to save on rental costs. We went from paying around $1,500 to right at $1,000 a month and our new unit is technically larger in size. You won't find a nicer community than Hartmann for the price, especially townhomes. Yes, I will say that the Internet at times has random hiccups, but from my perspective it's been much improved since the reviews complaining about it a few years back. It would be nice to have more options, however. For example, AT&T offers gigabit speeds for almost the same price as Hartmann's fastest speed through Spectrum. I understand the logistics of running fiber cables, networking, etc. is without a doubt a major investment, but it might be one to consider long-term if I were the property owner - especially with high traffic times resulting in throttled speeds since everyone has multiple Internet-friendly devices in their units running at the same time. I will continue to update my review as my time here progresses, if needed.
