Quick, friendly, professional and convenient! Biggest reason is my preparer didn’t mind me running to check on my furbaby in the car. He was fine, I generally don’t leave him alone and I was worried a bit, she let me run out twice and really reallllyyyy eased my stress. She was a kind lady, I’ll go back to her each year!
