The Lebanon Kroger is my go-to grocery store, I’m in there every weekend (preferably on Friday that way I can get those 4x the fuel points) the shelves are always stocked and they have what I need every time. The workers are nice and if I ever need help finding something they point me into the right direction. I plan on going to this store for a long time.

My parents went to get a prescription filled last night and they employee said that it would be 3,000 dollars and had to be in cash. I wish I was actually lying. I will never be inside an another Kroger in my life. I’ve never been so furious with a company in my life.

Check the bread. We bought a loaf of Nature's own white/wheat on 6/9.
This morning I opened it and it has mold on it.

I bought 1lb of Boar's Head low sodium turkey which cost just over $14 and 2 days later had to throw it out because it smelled rotten!!! I also bought strawberries that went rotten after 2 days and the manager told me that was normal. No it's not!!!!
He offered a refund, but acted like it was no big deal on either of the products. I was warned by friends and family not to shop at ANY Kroger anymore and boy were they right!
Their products are getting to be quiet disgusting and they could CARE LESS that their customers WASTE their money on the RANCID food they sell.

I Love shopping at Kroger!!! They have such a huge variety of anything your shopping for & even a great variety of essentials that most grocery stores don't carry. When you apply for Kroger's savings card you will save a lot of money & accumulate points every time you make a purchase that will save you a lot on gas too!!

Be warned, this location's pricing is not accurate. In addition, the "weekly digital deals" don't work half the time. This is based on dozens of visits over 4 months. It isn't an app or user error, made sure it is the exact product & weight. I'm aware of all of the variables that could cause this issue.
For example on 6-26:
Lays chips shelf says $2.99, scan QR code for digital deal $1.99 (limit 5), rings up $3.49.
Outshine Popsicles (6 ct) all flavors, shelf says $1.99, rings up $2.99 (at least it was discounted from $4.99)
I won't bore everyone with all of the other examples from this or my other visits, just don't be surprised if the totals don't match after discounts and checkout.

On 5-11-2024 I did a Kroger order and they added in wrong item on my order. Children being children unloaded the groceries and ate ice-cream bars I did not order. My child had an allergic reaction to them. I called to report it and was told that I was going to get a call back. Nobody called me back after 10 days. I called them back . They left me on hold for an hour in total only to offer me $10. Ended up with a $30 store credit No less they should have refunded my order for Injuring my child by sending the wrong products to my address. I spent a lot of money with Kroger but not anymore. I would not shop there anymore if I were you, I would go somewhere else they do not care about their customers.

I love Kroger and have tried to go here instead of Wal-Mart. For the last couple of months or so, I have had to settle for Wal-Mart. I was able to get to Kroger today, and I was shocked at their price increases! I was always willing to pay a little more for Kroger, but they have had extreme price jumps! I am very saddened about it.

My husband and I enjoyed our shopping experience here. The workers were pleasant. The customers were also pleasant. We got green seedless grapes,
Blueberries, cotton candy grapes, sweet peppers, apples, uncrustables, Oranges, chicken nuggets,
Grilled chicken, chips, dried okra, red cream soda, breakfast croissants, waffles, juice,
Milk, sour patch kids, freeze dried fruit, kid's bubble bath, bars of soap too! We also got gasoline when we were done.
My husband and I both felt like we were back in Texas. Our little family of five just moved here. A couple of days ago from South Georgia. My husband and I just recently got out of the military. We needed some groceries!

It's better than Walmart, cheaper than Publix. Good selection of meats, veggies, breads, seafood, alcohol. Produce here has vastly improved since the store addition, big plus. Easy to check out with a PERSON ON A CASH REGISTER... till 8pm anyways. Still has self check out, which is, decent, I'll say, at least there's a few people on duty to correct the computers.
