I take my dogs to this vet regularly. They are always very friendly and actually seem to care about all of the pets that come in. The only gripe I have are the prices. I’m sure most vets get the same complaints. I just wish they were a little less expensive. But, other than that, this vet is great.

Dr. Craig is by far the best veterinarian that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. He thoroughly explained everything and answered all our questions. We didn't feel rushed at all. His assistant, Cheyenne, was also top notch. We are so delighted to have found Dr. Craig and Cheyenne.

The staff here is amazing!!!!! Have 2 toy poodles, one was very old with health issues and had to be put to sleep. They treated me with wonderful compassion, made follow up phone calls and sent a card. They treat my young poodle with the same love and kindness and care that I do.

Negligent disorganized uncaring, misdiagnosing! (3 different dogs)- Records provided entered incorrectly- almost over vaccinated my 7-lb dog who was current on all. He had a wellness exam w/ Dr Wesson prior who mentioned nothing (nor did the front desk, nor did the techs). Dr Wesson misdiagnosed a red swollen paw-suspecting insect bite. Wks later when it hadn’t cleared up, Dr Craig said it was definitely allergies not an insect, gave a totally different reco. He didn’t even examine the rest of him- I had to ask “aren’t you going to check his other paws?”, he said, oh yeah, sure I can do that. What? How either incompetent or lazy that is. Therefore I declined the cytopoint injection recommended. Saying it’s the “easiest option” (not my priority). I treated him myself with basic home remedies, fully resolved. No one followed up on him.- At wellness exams owner Dr Wesson didn’t introduce herself, the techs told me they would first do their nail trims (only) before the exam to save time since the Dr was running very late. When they were returned to me, I was told Dr Wesson had “already done their exams”! W/out meeting me, getting my permission?! I emailed the office the following day,she wrote back an apology.- Dr Willy misdiagnosed my dog w/ having a urinary condition. Instead of a clean urinary sample I could have returned with of stepped out to briefly collect- they took a sample of his urine off the dirty reception floor near where a puppy had just urinated before him. They made NO follow up plan- I was not told either by Dr Wesson or tech Cheyenne about when to return for recheck. It is usually the doctor who calls clients w/results. Dr Willy never called me had the tech deliver results, when I asked for diet options (which I provided) since the royal canon line isn’t heath in other ways while managing medical conditions (corn) I said I’d pay for time & I needed to know recheck. Cheyenne assured me Dr Willy would get back to me. Two wks passed! No follow up, a follow up call I made wasn’t returned, which they denied receiving, so I sent an email, I was told dr would reply. After 3 attempts over 2 wks, only after email, Dr Willy called me as I was leaving for a work dinner. She had not read the email, said “I was told Cheyenne (the tech) gave you all info already”. I said no, not about diet or recheck. She got impatient restated RC urinary food, not my questions not giving me recheck date.- I emailed the office asking for vax certs since they had all the records & gave 1 there. They said they could not send me their individual vax, sent one long list bundling all 3 dogs together, unprofessional & unclear for separate patients w/separate files. When I said this isn’t clear they said “go to the Antech lab app get it there”. it wasn’t, just one vaccine. When I asked why they aren’t familiar on the resource they’re referring to why they gave my info to an outside third party w/out my permissionwhy they can’t give me a vax list for each dog- I was told “that’s unrealistic”.- to hide negligence incompetence take no accountability, not follow through on like all wrong doers hiding errors they denied further care w/no transition, while my dog was still having an issue. When they sent the records at my request, they further violated my privacy to new vet by completely lying on medical records. There are better vets within 5 & 10 min,Cumberland, Haley. My requests my animals’ needs were basic paid thousands of dollars over a couple months there for 3 dogs and their tests and flea tick HW preventions +), I was always kind respectful even when making inquiries & professional when having to follow up multiple times experience multiple mistakes. they not only couldn’t provide proper basic care, they turned abusive. a new vet (respending all the money, repeating all the tests), determined easily my dog had a minor common infection only needed a simple course of antibiotics. It cleared up, everything is in great health, and he didn’t need an Rx diet- as misdiagosed again by Lebanon animal hospital- Dr Willy, Dr Craig,

Had dog who injured his paw, was able to get me in and seen in timely manner and addressed all my concerns. May be a little higher and far to travel, but care for your animal as well as your concerns.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. My unspayed cat had pyometra, they were able to get her in for surgery the next day. The final cost was actually cheaper than what I was quoted, and all the staff are very very friendly after the surgery they called and checked up to see how my cat was doing. They are very professional and I couldn’t be happier that my cat was in safe hands. I will be taking her here for check ups and whatnot from now on. Thank you Dr. Craig ??

We we’re traveling through Nashville when one of our dogs required emergency services. They got us in rapidly and took wonderful care of us. Also very fair costs. Thank you so much.

Unfortunately we will not return to your clinic, we did not like the attention. The costs are very high, some prices appear on the page but when they attend you they add other services that in the end do not justify the amount paid. And the consultation did not last more than 30 minutes I don't earn $200 in that time. The information they gave us about puppies was fatal. It is our first pet, we do not know anything about feeding or caring for puppies. All the questions we asked were answered: All good! . I also asked for a vaccination card for my pet and they say that they don't work with that and I consider that this is a way to control pets. Thank you.

If your animal is ill or you are in an emergency, go here. Their vets understand better than others. They may be slightly higher than Kinslow or others, but you get what you pay for. I trust my animal's lives with them.

We recently moved to the area with our 3 dogs. One was senior at 18 years old. Unfortunately it was her time last week. The doctor said staff were compassionate and very understanding during a difficult time. Thank you again for helping us.

Knowledgeable, very nice folks. From the people who admit you in the front all the way to the Veterinarians I was treated very well. They tested and quickly diagnosed my our family’s new addition. The cost was very reasonable.I have dealt with other veterinarians on main st. Lebanon Animal Hospital care is far superior towards their patients and owners.

Simply put, Dr. Wesson helped to save our dogs life. Our pup needed a regular vet to give her care while she received specialist treatment for a neurological condition from NVS. The treatment for her condition required collaboration and Dr. Wesson jumped right in and took the time to consult and help us with side effects of the treatments. Without her we would have not been successful in getting the care Presley needed.Dr. Wesson cares about her patients and their families. We also bring our senior cat to her and she takes all the time needed to make sure we understand and offers options with compassion. We’ve seen dozens of vets previously when going to a retail vet location. We have also been to NVS for two emergencies- Dr. Wesson and her team by far blow away all the care our pets have every received.
