Custom service at the Lebanon location was top teir. I didn't feel pressured or obligated and "Lisa" the customer service specialist was super helpful and spent the time to help us make an informed decision on potential purchases. Highly recommend!

i can’t speak to the entire mattress buying experience here, but i can say lisa was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond with her customer service. she went out of her way to help us, twice, and is an all around good human!! if you’re looking for a mattress, i am sure you are in excellent hands with lisa!

I bought a mattress at Mattress Firm in Lebanon. Lisa, the sales lady, was extremely nice and knowledgeable of the mattress. After showing me some and figuring out what I was interested in, I chose one. Lisa was great in helping me and I am very happy with the one she helped me pick out. Joel was so understanding and so generous. He walks you through every step, and makes sure you walk out with exactly what you want. He cracked jokes and had a very nurturing way about him. And If I could give more than 5 stars I would! 100% recommend!

Joel was very knowledgeable and patient with us while we were shopping for a new mattress. We were very happy when we left the store after the first purchase last year and returned again today to purchase another mattress for another bedroom. First time my wife and I came here was about 2 months ago. At that time we met Lisa and she was very knowledgeable. She took us on a tour, if you will, if the different types of mattresses and let us experience what we wanted for our comfort level. We, both, came to an agreement on what we wanted but did not seal the deal as we were looking to move to the area in a couple months. Fast forward to today and I merry Joel. He, too, was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He made the purchasing of the mattress and base set a breeze. He provided me with all the information that I needed and was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend engaging with either of these two individuals when you are looking to purchase and new mattress for any occasion.

Lisa, at the Lebanon TN store was so helpful and friendly. She knew the product very well, and was able to help us obtain the perfect mattress and adjustable base that we needed for all of my wife's medical conditions.
